Darcy has helped me greatly being as I know almost nothing about technology in this vast technology world so being a mother of an almost 16 year old boy, Noah, who knows a bit more about computers, gaming and such than I do ran into problems with his own PC. Darcy fixed it for a reasonable price and Noah claims it runs waaay faster than when we first purchased it. Darcy also kept in contact with us on what he found what the problem was, how he could fix it and how much and how long it would take. He explained to Noah as well who understood more than I did. We are now dealing with Darcy ALL THE TIME. Noah trusts him completely with his technological needs as we are purchasing a laptop and a gaming monitor. Darcy is honest. Thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I now have a happy almost 16 year old who doesn’t swear that his computer is a piece of s*** when all it needed was a bit of tlc from a person who knows his stuff. Thank you again Darcy!
