Lottery issues. Ability to comprehend what is requested. I come from a era where the customer satisfaction is always number 1, wasn't the case this time and even when supervisor was involved, I was made to feel as if I didn't matter. Guess my lottery requests best be handled by a different vendor from this day forward.

Never have flyer sale items, and when you want to use a rain check, the product isn't even in stock, so rain check is no good. Also, you can not request a rain check on the last day of the flyer sale because they feel they can not honor it if supply doesn't come in.

The best all around experience in town. Pick of the crop has nice stuff but you can rely on Johnson's to cover all the bases if you only want to make one trip for food

Johnson's Your Independent Grocer Timmins
This store is currently undergoing a major renovation and refresh as it's under new ownership. A Joe Fresh will be added and all the store has been re-arranged. So far, it's been operating well and providing reasonable prices and availability. Produce still remains #2 in my opinion for quality, as it doesn't hold it's freshness as long as one other store in the Timmins area in my opinion.

Clean stocked had what I was looking for. Hot chicken is awesome the dinner rolls are awesome and prices were reasonable. I was able to buy bags which are a bonus anymore when you forget your reusable bags or totes. Not sure how much longer do bring your bags or totes. Lettuce was reasonable for one fresh head of lettuce and fruit is always fresh. Customer service has been awesome. Not the first time to shop and grab a few things.

Even with the new renovations this place is going downhill. I was in last week and the bakery had pretty close to literally nothing on the shelves and when I spoke to manager I was told that's all they have. Very unfortunate.

They’ve got all the healthy foods here. I was impressed with the quality and freshness of the produce and its selection. I will be coming here to shop from now on. Very clean with a happy atmosphere. All my favourite foods in one store!

It's good. Obviously food prices have gone up everywhere, but this store has good selection. I've been able to find niche items here that are hard to find at other places, including many great organic options.

The pothole has been fixed.Now their deli workers have decided to be deceptive or out-right dishonest with their meal deals.I was told on June 25th that they had changed their deli meals from 1 large side to 2 small sides, and that coleslaw (but no other of the identically priced salads) was now a side.Today, the worker claimed that the coleslaw needed to be purchased separately, and it is 1 large side once again.
