This PenguinPickUp in particular is my favorite! Great service, great staff! I don’t own a printer so whenever I need to print return slips, I email them and they print out the return slips for me making my life extremely easy! Never to busy and easy to get to! Thank you very much!!!

Best service ever , Customer service is 10/10 !! This location print label for free of cost, they even gave a plastic bag for my parcel, what else can I ask for ? No line up Thank you so much for excellent service.

I was at this location a couple of weeks ago to pick up a package that was coming from out of the county. Canada post tracking wasn’t working and Carla was able to help me and found my package! I was so happy because it was a present I was waiting for. Carla was amazing and so sweet! Thanks again!

Always a quick pick up here at this location. They have experienced workers who know what they’re doing. Package is always provided to me safely and efficiently. Just make sure to bring ID and have the tracking number handy.

I get all my stuff sent to this location because we have a theft issue in our building's mail room. The staff at this penguin pickup are so incredibly lovely! Friendly and super helpful. Most of them have my code memorized and fetch my mail as soon as I walk in. They are also very helpful if you want to mail a package there. And as a bonus they're always playing good music when I stop by.
