Express Stop iPhone Repair

I am not very good with phones so when my daughters phone stopped working I brought her phone to him and he found that her battery was dead and he was able to replace it for a great price! He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Since then I have trusted him and continue to trust him to help fix issues with my phone. He has continually been very understanding and has great service!

Do not go here. I had to return here five times. First, I brought in old iphones that needed repair (cracked screens, front and back). I paid around $500 for two phones, but realized after he returned them to me that he only repaired the front and the backs were still shattered. I never expected this and was pretty upset, because those phones are supposed to be completely fixed. So I paid another $300 to repair one of them, again. Then that main iPhone developed a typing issue where it relentlessly adds additional periods and spaces as I type (I have to go back several times to edit this review to remove them). I had to go back again to get those screens replaced, and a week later the typing issue returned quickly, and the back of the phone developed a large crack on the back with the otter case on. Never have I ever had a screen crack so easily, there were no major drops and before this my iPhone 11 lasted 2 years. Seems shady and I paid an exorbitant amount of money for nothing.

Fixed it quickly and for a good price. Unfortunately the screen isn’t an Apple product. The new resolution looks cheap, and now my phone has a constant notification saying it’s not authentic. Definitely disappointed that this wasn’t relayed to me.

I recently smashed my screen on my IPhone XR and was really bummed so I took it to Express Stop repair. I left feeling as if I had a brand new phone again and would highly recommend Express Stop to all of my friends and family.

Great service, reasonable price, quick, and friendly. My iPhone 6 was not charging but 20 minutes later, it's charging like new. I even got my phone cleaned and a free tempered glass screen protector applied as a bonus. Thanks for restoring my phone to operation! I would highly recommend Express Stop iPhone repair! Javid (the owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. He fixed my shattered screen within half an hour and gave me a great price. I had called around to various places and his was the best offer. Not only was the service impeccable, but he was really easygoing and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I stopped by at this kiosk for inquiring about my screen cracked and he fixed it right way in 15 minutes and the price was much cheaper than Apple Store.

I live just a few blocks from Denman Mall where the Express Stop iPhone Repair kiosk is located. The technician is super friendly and a good listener when it comes to understanding my phone issues. I’ve had two phone crisis this year and the techy made short work of both. Usually the repairs / adjustments are done while I do my grocery shopping next door but occasionally my phone is ready for pick up in just a few hours, and his rates are very reasonable.There are loads of phone accessories at his kiosk also.

I brought my Pixel 4 in to repair a cracked screen. After the screen was repaired, he told me the microphone was also broken when I dropped the screen. This seemed suspect, but I took his word for it. The replacement screen soon developed black dots on the screen bottom, followed by half the screen turning green and flickering almost constantly.I returned to Express Stop and showed him what had happened to the replacement screen. I was told it was because I dropped the phone, but this was not true. He refused to take responsibility for using low quality replacement parts. The phone was seriously better off with the cracked screen. Now the fixed" phone is unusable."
