This is the 5th time I am visiting this place and will make sure to never ever set foot. Absolutely garbage of customer service. They will do whatever it takes to get your money, but will never care about anything about you from the very first second that a payment is done.Please do not visit this place, there are hundreds of other eyeglasses centers with competent doctors and good customer service.

The is without a doubt the single worst place to buy glasses, they take your money then you are on your own. Right off the bat I should have known the Optometrist lost patience with me during the eye exam...does not start well, and i was promise my glasses in 10 to 15 days, had to wait over five weeks because there was a problem" with the procedure when coating them with the anti-scratch or anti-glare...told myself ok

My glasses' screws were loose, so I came by there to let them fix it. Fortunately, it was free. But then when I had my glasses back, my glasses were chipped on the sides since it was hard plastic, and the screws on the side were all bent. When I went back a year after to get my second glasses, it was broken again and asked them to fix it but they denied. I only lost a part of it though. Glasses were expensive but they break easily.

My brother (underage at the time) had an appointment with them. His vision wasn’t bad to the point where he needed glasses (-100 for both eyes). But we were pressured by the doctor as well as the sales person to purchase a pair of glasses for him. They literally held his exam result hostage, they wouldn’t show his result to us unless we agreed to buy a pair of glasses. We felt disgusted by their customer service. I booked my eye exam at the same time as him but I was planning to buy contact lenses so I didn’t need glasses. They were extremely reluctant to give my result to me but I guess they weren’t as insistent since I needed to pay for my eye exam.When we went back to pick up my brother’s glasses, I reminded them that they didn’t give me the measurement of length in between my pupils the last time. A young man (looked like he was still in training) was going to give it to me, but the older lady (who appeared to be training him) stopped him and said: “she’s not buying her glasses here, you don’t have to give it to her.” I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in all my life. Do not recommend this place. Take your money to a shop where they at least respect you as a human being.

15$ + tx To put my lense back in because it had popped out,the woman was forcing on my glasses and didnt look professional, I told her to just give them back because she was struggling. When I went to New Look (great service) he told me she had stripped my screw and he needed to fix what she had done, also, the gentlemen fix them for free.As it should be. I was not greeted properly and the service was terrible. It was the first and last time Im never going back.

Province legislates no mask requirement...They made me put on a mask when no other stores were...took my prescription and spent my money elsewhere. WILL NEVER GO BACK ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE THAN NEW LOOK OR COSTCO.

We came for the appointment and attendant said doctor already left at Maloney location.. its pathetic they first switched my appointment and then the doctor took off.. bad service I must say

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff are not professional, neither was the optometrist.I went to this location to get an eye exam, I was asked to pay before the exam. After paying a staff took me in the back in order to proceed with the preliminaries, the machine where she asked me to rest my chin on was full of foundation left behind by another Customer- she cleaned it with a kleenex and alcohol.She then asked me if I was wearing any contacts lenses and I was, she did not have any contact lenses case to offer me to put my contacts for the duration of the eye exam. Usually at any normal place they offer you a new contact case with solution, in this case they did not have, so the staff got a coffee mug and suggested I would remove my contacts and place them there. Since I refused the optometrist decided to offer me 2 bottle caps and told me they were sterile, I looked at them and they had some sort of a brown residue on them. At that point, I knew I had to leave this place.I asked to be refunded for the exam, the staff told me, she didnt know how to proceed with the reimbursement since the credit card machine belongs to the optometrist that was now busy with another eye exam. So I had to wait. When the optometrist finished with the customer, and was put aware of my decision to not proceed with the eye exam and get a reimbursement, she came to see me and told me the bottle caps were clean, so I pointed out to her the brown dirt on the caps. She told me, that she could not reimburse me because the code on her machine was not working, after I insisted and suggested for her to reimburse my money in cash, she told me she only had 35$ in cash, Since I was getting very frustrated she told me to wait until a customer pays her in cash for me to get reimbursed my full amount (70$), after loosing it, she instructed a staff to reimburse me in cash so I leave. (suddenly more then 35$ was available).I left Optique Laurier, not understanding how a reputable place could offer such bad services, I wasted my time after having planned all my day around this failed appointment.

Best service ever!! Very professional, they are very clean which is very important and the delay to receive my glasses was quite fast thank you!!! Highly recommend this place!

Posting for my mom: Worst experience of my life. Left from there crying and so mad. From the beginning, the front desk staff was awful. They didn’t even say hi, they directly told me: 80.00$ please. I saw the review before going there and I should of listen to the reviews. I will call the headquarters tommorow and already called my Visa to cancelled the transaction. Then, when I went to the optometrice office, there was 3 people waiting, so she was so much in a hurry. Doctor Song was the worst. My eyes were hurting so much and she forced me to keep them open. I ask her to repeat the prescription because she does not speak either french or english, she started yelling at me and pointing me saying that she will not repeat. I filled a big complaint on her. Still don't believe it. I hope this place close down, how can people be so harmful and mean.Speaking for myself (the daughter, Miriam) it was the worst experience to discover my mom in her room crying because she felt abuse. She started telling me that the doctor forced her and was really mean to her. She said she was crying in front of the doctor and the doctor kept yelling at her to open her eyes. I really think of doing a police complaint. She hurted my mom so much.
