I ended up in a relationship with AquaTemp under the worst circumstances. My furnace had issues on one of the coldest days in winter. So on a taxi ride to an airport in Mexico we worked with Robin on deciding what was our next steps and what was a solution for a house that was at 8 degrees celsius and dropping. Despite the difficult expereince of having to decided on a new furnace, the process that AquaTemp supported us in providing heating units, and making us a priority while their business was being overloaded was nothing but a blessing. The workmanship that Robin showed and the pride he took in his installation made me realize we made a good choice in a very difficult situation. I can vouch from my professional background that the workmanship Robin provided is very high level, and his knowledge of the technical advances of the heating industry is just as high. I believe we have found a new trusted vendor for our plumbing and heating work. Best of all it's -43 outside tonight and we have heat. Thanks Robin and AquaTemp!

Just had a unit heater installed in my garage here in Warman and I'm happy with the job. Appointments were kept on time and there was a follow up appointment to address and correct minor concerns. Would do business again.

After hemming and hawing for a long time, we had Tim and Aqua Temp recommended to us by family who were very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Aqua Temp for several reasons. Tim was very thorough in his explanations of options to meet our needs and budget. Nick, Nelson and Robin were very professional, extremely friendly and great at their jobs. Berk did a thorough job of the duct-cleaning, reviewing all the areas he worked in and outlining a time frame for continued duct maintenance. Nathan outlined the appointments and confirmed each as had been indicated in our contract. The text system newly implemented shows who is coming to your house and gives you a bit of information about the technician. Wow. What great service. Thanks to all the staff at Aqua Temp for making this large purchase as seamless as possible.

Had Spencer come out to sort out a problem with kitchen faucet. He fixed that very quickly and then moved on to flushing out my on demand water heater. Peoffesional, and easy to talk to. Very happy with the work and he came earlier than appointment. Very satisfied. Great work!

I had my furnace fail on my in the middle of Febuary. Robin the tech came over an and diagnosed the issue, he laid out several option for us that day. We decided to go through insurance to cover a new furnace, the team at aqua temp was great they dealt with all the paper work with my insurance. As we waited for an answer the weather dropped down in temperature alot so we decided to install the new one without any answers from insurance. Robin and his partner Nick did a fantastic job removing and installing the new one. The service from this company was top notch.

Great customer service! My water heater was leaking and I thought I would have to replace my entire tank. After talking with Nathan (after hours) I found a 1800 number to call to see if I had warranty left. That took all evening so I called back the next day and Nathan remembered my issue.With it being the long weekend they were short staffed and weren't sure if they would be able to fit me in. They did!! Spencer came that following afternoon! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He trouble shooted the tank and found that the entire tank did not need to be replaced! (The 1800 number told me that it would) he ran out that day and got the part that needed replacing, doubled checked that it was working properly and we had hot water again 20min later. In total, calling these professionals, saved myself $1700.Thank you very much AquaTemp team!

Tim and his team did a furnace install for us. They provided us a variety of options and payment plans if we required and we appreciated their no pressure service. Nelson and his partner respected our home and cleaned up behind themselves as well. They were friendly and easy to talk to and explained what they were doing. Nick was awesome. They came out the same day I called and had the repair done the same day. Nick was very professional and I would highly recommend him and the company.
