I've been dealing with my broker Saima for some time now and she's always provided excellent service regardless of the time of day or how busy she is. I change cars fairly often and she's always available to assist me whenever I have any questions or requests.She goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients. 10 Stars

One of the worst in terms of customer service.

I was a customer of Youngs Insurance Brokers for over a decade, but after years of inept service, decided to change brokers & cancel my insurance with Youngs.I have a laundry list of problems & grievances with Youngs. Here is just a sample :1) I was not once, but twice not issued my proof of insurance pink slip, resulting in 2 tickets from police, ( with my insurance automatically withdrawn monthly )2) I changed my address almost 10 years ago, & after notifying Youngs regarding this, they neglected to acknowledge my new address.3) They never returned multiple phonecalls in regards to this.4) I gave Youngs Insurance Brokers ADVANCE notice of my cancellation, filled out the necessary paperwork BUT still they continued to withdraw funds from my account for 3 months AFTER CANCELLATION. I called them regarding this & they said it wasn't their problem.5) Not once in over the decade I was their client did they EVER offer to find me any cheaper insurance rates. In fact, my new broker I switched to immediately got me a rate 50% CHEAPER.So, needless to say, I would never, ever, in a million years, recommend Youngs Insurance Brokers.

Started with them at a rate of 189.00 3 years later 255 bucks for no reason. There's other quotes I got for 200 bucks a month. I'm a very unhappy customer and I want to cancel and tbeybwint even answer there phone. These guys are complete scammers. Stay far away from them as you can. Do not use this company there are way better options.

Completely unsatisfactory. First the phone wasn't answered then they hung up on second call. Not a good experience for a long time customer. Phoned Waterdown office and was helped right away
