Pandora

We bought rings during valentine 2022. They were sold to us with 30day exchange policy and we went back after 1 week to exchange it for smaller size.The staff didnt have any manners and were very disrespectful.Assistant manager mentioned you cannot exchange because you have few scratches on the ring.2 other girl staff including assistant managers on 20th feb evening 5:27pm were laughing at us which was very offensive and we had to make them realise during stressful situations you dont laugh, make customer feel small and judge customers.Later on we also found that on a receipt it was correct size but they gave us big size.Finally the assistant manager realised her mistake and tried to help us.We will never go to any pandora stores based on the simple exchange policy which was difficult for them to honour and staffs behaviour.

I was wearing three sterling silver rings at work, one of which was a Pandora ring that I love. After I was done work I noticed that my Pandora ring and not my others had turned black. I did not handle any chemicals or do anything out of the ordinary. I tried using silver polish, which should have worked and it didn't. I brought my ring in to Pandora to see if they had an idea of what I could do to fix it. The manager told me that I was lying about what happened to my ring and that there was nothing she was willing to do to help me despite the fact that I have a warranty. I explained that I did not want to argue with her and that I just really love my ring and want to know what I can do to fix it. She told me they would take the ring and try to clean it and for me to pick it up the next day. When I came in more than 24 hours later the ladies working told me that the ring had not been cleaned yet (the young ladies were really nice). The manager is incredibly rude and I will be writing a letter to Pandora and will never shop here again. I am very disappointed since I thought Pandora was known for their better quality and customer service.

I was pretty reluctant to go into this Pandora location based on all the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! I had called in advance to find out about the silicone liners for stationery clips as I did not want to drive up to Kelowna for no reason (I live in Penticton) and was told that they do carry these liners. That's all I went in for but the sales lady I was working with helped me even further by doing ring measurements for me and showing me how the liners work, etc. She probably spent about 10 minutes with me, which I was most appreciative of. (Her name was Angela.) I ended up purchasing two rings and was given the liners. My second visit here was just as good. I had emailed Angela to find out if two charms were available and she set them aside for me for when my husband and I could be in the store together (as they were my Xmas gift). We were told about the promotional winter heart bracelet and so spent enough to get that. I was helped by another lady as well and she was also pleasant.

After reading the reviews I hesitated going to the Orchard Park mall location because of bad customer service but then noticed most of the bad ones were from 3 or 4 yrs ago so I went. I was greeted and served very efficiently. Harley was great. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. She knew what she had in stock and took her time to explain. I am glad I went into the store instead of ordering on line as I could compare the items. I purchased two and will be back.

I bought my bracelet from this store last week. The staff was very helpful and patient. She helped me find the charms to fit my style. Highly recommend this store!

Extremely poor costumer service. Sales associates were arrogent and unhelpful. When one of the ladies was trying to fit a blacelet and was struggling with the clasp she gave up and told me there was nothing to do. Didn't offer another option and just turned us away. Came across as that we weren't spending enough money to be bothered with. I love pandoras jewelry but I'd never shop at that store again.

My necklace was broken, although Pandora doesn’t have a repair service, Judi from the store make extra effort to provided the help to fix it for me, on top of that she offered to polish the jewelry with the in store machine, noted this service is provided when the staff is available. Now my necklace like new again, so I think they deserve the 5 stars service.My recent experience for the past few months has all been great. Staff are helpful when trying to find the right pieces and giving recommendations, too. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

I bought a ring, it was super cute and I liked it but after taking it home I realized that it was just too big for my hand and uncomfortable. They didn’t give me a box for the ring so when my mom returned it for me they were and angry with her for not returning it with a box (note once again I didnt get a box with it). She did get to return it and get the money back but i am displeased that they treated her poorly because they didn’t give me a box for the ring and got mad at her for it. Poor costumer service today.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Meg was so incredibly helpful and wonderful to deal with. I needed a gift for my niece and I took in 3 bracelets and all my charms (a lot) - Meg cleaned everything in less than 2 hours and it looks brand new. Meg was so sweet and awesome to deal with, that I will never order online again!

I bought a Pandora bracelet and approx 6 charms for my mother for Mother's Day. She has only worn it for a week. Yesterday she said it fell off and she found it on the floor. I suspect the clasp is faulty and took it back to the store today. This store does not have a jeweler onsite so the salesclerk just looked at it with her eyes and said there was nothing wrong with it. There clearly is something wrong with it as it should not just fall off your wrist! I had done some online research and there are many complaints about faulty clasps on these bracelets. The clerk said she didn't believe that they were original Pandora bracelets if you can imagine. She went and talked to her manager about it and the manager wouldn't even come out of her office to talk to me. This store has zero customer service and the clerk and manager both have extremely bad attitudes. I will never shop in the store again and their warranties are virtually nonexistent. Losing a bracelet with a bunch of charms could be very expensive and a clasp should just not open on its own!! Please do research before buying a Pandora bracelet at this store!! I will be taking my future business to Posh Jewelry in Kelowna as they carry a complete line of Pandora products and unlike this store they actually will back up their jewelry. I strongly recommend others to do this as well.
