We have been customers of Meineke, Pickering for over 10 years. Kevin Wright (owner /operator) is awesome! He is knowledgable, honest and friendly and has always gone above and beyond to accommodate emergency repairs when they happen but also they do basic oil changes at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for all your automotive repairs and maintenance

Total Rip off. From last 1 year I had such a terrible experience. This time they serviced my car and forgot to put coolant. yesterday in middle of road my car starts smoking. No coolant. last year they charged for a/c repair and asked me to came again. i went again and could not figure out .Dont go there!

Reasonable prices, usually quick service, and no pushiness to get work done. They'll tell you the issues, what should be fixed soon, what can be fixed later, and you can go from there.Vito explains things very well, and will detail the exact processes.I'll continue going here for our two vehicles, and whichever vehicles we get in the future.

Another amazing experience with Kevin and his team today. I arrived unannounced and without an appointment at 330pm on a Friday afternoon with a vehicle issue. Kevin, despite being busy found a way to fit me in to investigate my vehicle issue. Kevin and his team didn't take long to diagnose and repair the issue and send me on my way for an extremely fair price. I always experience the same level of customer service from them here. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs and repairs. My wife and myself have been coming here for 6 years. The staff at this location are phenomenal and have always been personable and professional even with a warm and relaxed family attitude. Its so difficult to find a reliable auto mechanic that you really like going to; but these guys are it. we recently moved and i still make the hour and a half drive to here when i want to be confident in the work that's being done.I always take comfort knowing my vehicle is in good hands and the people looking at it are always willing to do that extra little bit to help you out or accommodate a hectic schedule. I always find myself wanting to be friends with the gentlemen that run this shop because of their friendly demeanor.

Went in and booked an appointment to get my exhaust leak fixed. They did a diagnosis and couldn't seem to find the issue with the exhaust so they had me go along for a test drive, turns out it was a faulty air filter (that another shop installed). I like how they didn't just dismiss me when it wasn't the exhaust but they wanted to ensure my concern was legit and repaired. Also sidenote, staff were friendly too.Would recommend and would take my car there again. Thanks!

Very highly recommend Kevin and his team!They will take the time to figure out what is really going on with your vehicle and try to fix it. I really appreciate all the times they had to do just that with my quirky vehicle!

I took my Honda Element here for an oil change a few days ago because my regular mechanic was out of town for the week. I had the pleasure of meeting Vito who was super nice and took my vehicle in on time. The oil change was complete quickly and Vito let me know of a few things my vehicle needed. Being a DIY mechanic myself, everything he pointed out was correct and he didn't try to upsell me on anything. His prices were reasonable and even offered to work with me on them which I very much appreciated. It's not everyday where you meet an honest mechanic like this guy. I appreciate the service and highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of having work or maintenance done to their car. Thanks a bunch Vito.
