Rented as part of an insurance claim so no comments on price. Busy place but the staff were nice and tried to serve each client quickly. Ross and Jacob were both great!Would use them again.

Fantastic service from Chris (manager) plus Dickson at this location (Cyrville). Vehicle in very clean condition and service prompt and courteous. This convenient location is highly recommended . Have dealt with Enterprise multiple times including other locations in the east end of Ottawa and this one was as excellent as the rest.

Nice friendly girl at the customer service. I really liked her attitude and friendliness. I asked for pick up service and got it instantly.I generally prefer bigger cars. I reserved Standard SUV and received a bigger one which made me very happy.This location has one of the biggest park of cars in the city with prices lower than average.The car was in a good technical condition. Except with a lot of tear and wear that was caused by previous bad customers. I treat rental cars as they are mine. I wish all customers would be like me.

Terrible attitude of the staff today when I dropped off the car around 3pm. The greeting when I walked in was a denigrating look. The young gentleman (tall, reddish hair and a bit on the heavier set) looked like he hated his job. To my dislike, he was the one who drove me to the Nissan dealership with the worst possible attitude you can imagine. Avoid this branch at Cyrville Road. Other branches are much better, including the two downtown ones. Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff but honestly, I’ve rented from there a few times and that seems to be their standard employee - people who seem to hate to work there.

Very smooth process if you need a car for a quick work trip.I reserved online, I received a call 24H before to confirm the reservation, the correct car class was available and provided, service was very quick with a thorough walk around and inspection.Returned the car - and all it took was 2 mins to walk around, check fuel level and finish the deal.As soon as the car was returned, the hold was credited to my credit card and the correct amount was charged.No issues at all. :)

Excellent service ! Vehicle reserved by my insurance company. Stopped next morning after my accident and was greeted by Jamie. He offered a choice of Chevy Malibu and Hyundai Sonata. Contract was explained thoroughly and charges for tickets, tolls etc.Return was easy as well. All the charges were explained and I was offered credit for an Uber drive home !Used this location number of times and would highly recommend it.
