Yake Custom Contracting
Brian just finished a small job for me and I could not be more pleased! He painted the walls around my main stair well. He also hung a new light fixture for me. He was on time and very professional. Brian fixed a light in our shower which had not worked in ages. I told Brian that our humidifer was not working, he took a look and figured out the issue right away. He then took the time to show me what the problem was. I would not hesitate to use Brian again. He did an amazing job!!!

I am beyond thrilled with the work and craftsmanship of Yake Custom Contracting. Brian and Melissa are so easy to work with, they really took the time to understand what we needed in our basement reno. They worked so hard and made our empty shell of a basement into a beautiful gym studio, playroom and 3 piece bathroom. they have upgraded the value of our house and have helped me to be able to grow my business. Any job - big or small - hire Yake.... you will not regret it!!

Yake Custom Contracting
Brian just finished a small project for us - replacing vanities & sinks in both of our bathrooms, as well as some tilework and caulking. Brian was punctual, fast, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail is second to none.I would (and will) recommend him to all of my friends. I could not be more pleased with his work.
