Terrible customer service. Called ahead to make sure what I wanted was here and they said it was. Arrived, asked 4 employees for help locating the products and they just stood around confused as to what to do. I even provided the product number to customer service and they just sent me to the garden center. When I got there the employee told me customer service should have had it ready so I went back and they sent me to the yard to look for my product with no guidance or advice on where to look. I was planning on dropping lots of cash off here today as I've got a lot of landscaping to do this weekend but I'm not spending a dollar here, the employees are disorganized and don't seem to care much about helping out the customer . The girl in customer service is especially bad at her job

If it was just based on service it would be one star, but they do have a fairly good selection and I can usually find what I need. Every time I have gone there I have had to deal with extremely rude cashiers. Other service is hit-or-miss; occasionally they can actually help you with repairs and advice, but usually they just shrug and look bored. My shopping trip last Thursday was the last time I'll be going there.Edit: Had to go in today to return something purchased at another location, and had to deal with the same horrible cashier. Nice to have confirmation that I shouldn't spend my money here.

Very polite and professional people, like d service

Every time I go there the service is fantastic and I always find what I need. No standing around waiting for a sales rep like the big box store in fort. Would rather pay a little more if need be and get great service and happy sales associates who also know what's in the store. I have been dealing with them for well over 20 years now

Terrible customer service and rude cashiers who seem super unhappy to be doing their job. Everytime we think we can shop local we go in here to be disappointed and instead travel to the park. The rude customer service is a great way to ruin your weekend if you would like.Will not shop here ever again.

Amazing service got a discount on a new 32 ft ladder and someone in staff helped loaded it

Called ahead to make sure that insulation I needed was there. I have an hour drive to get there so I don't want to waste my time and fuel. Got there and they said there was no stock. So guy says to me, well did you call and put it on reserve? I guess when I called and hour before closing someone else decided to randomly come in for 8 bags of 24 inch center insulation when most construction companies are closed.

The staff pn the checkout where so friendly gave my dog some treats .great store
