The awesome customer service is the reason that Shelby's gets 2 stars. The guy behind the counter was super friendly, personable and polite.The shawarma itself was very low quality and definitely did not live up to the hype that they advertised online. The shawarma was dripping in grease, the saj bread was stale and hard, chicken was inadequately seasoned and had a rubbery texture. It was all very unappetizing.I asked for spicy garlic but their garlic sauce lacked any flavour whatsoever.....it was laughable and a disgrace to other shawarma I have had that were actually decent, and I have had many.To add insult to injury, their legendary" sized shawarma are the same size

Meh. Kinda neutral, wouldn't go out of my way to eat takeout from here but wouldn't object to going back. Chicken Bites Box was generous enough. Southdale Road location is confusing to enter and exit in the dark. Better lighting would help.

Beef Shawarma was one of the best I've ever had! The freshly made Saj bread is amazing. Cannot wait to come back and try more things like the shawarma Biryani and the beef bacon halloumi wrap!

My husband and I decided to share a shawarma today and it was the most disgusting thing I put in my mouth. It had a very bitter taste the veggies looked on the wrong side of ripe, over sauced to try and mask food not fit for humans but they where kind enough to cut it in half and wrap separate. We each took 2 bites and I choked on a bone on my second bite. Here is a picture of what we where served. The food was put in the garbage I would not recommend Shelby’s to anyone.

Absolutely love this place! They started as a food truck and now have 3 locations in London! One of the best shawarma wraps in town, I usually get that or the shawarma fries or shawarma bowl. Great food, good prices and good people.

Undoubtedly the worst Shelby's location. The meat is tougher and has far less flavour. There was also barely any sauce, and the lettuce" was most likely a cheap salad mix from a nearby grocery store (you can see and taste the low-quality lettuce

I first tried Shelby's downtown and loved it! I never got a chance to go back but always wanted to because it was delicious! When I saw a Shelby's was opening up close to my house I kept driving by waiting for it to open so I could try it again. I unfortunately moved away before I got a chance. I went to visit my father and FINALLY got a chance to try the Shelby's in Talbot Village. I WAITED A YEAR AND A HALF CRAVING THIS FOOD AND IT DID NOT DISSPOINT! Best Shawarma Poutine I have ever had, actually easily the best poutine I have ever had period.
