High turn over rate of employees, Doesn't matter of your experience if you are not related to someone in the company ,You are a one time project use .You'll be treated fairly, no problem with hours.If you show you are more experience then your foreman or lead hands you'll be skiddedIf you are the slowest on your crew you'll be skidded quickly .
