Ian was very thorough with the inspection and went over every detail of the house, in addition to answering every question we had. He spent a very long time, making sure that no stone was left unturned. We were unsure about having a home inspection done based on suggestions online and from people we know. However, if we had gone without the inspection we would not have known that there was some faulty wiring that may have led to a fire. We were so thankful that he was able to fit us in so quickly, despite being incredibly busy with his other clients. The inspection was entirely worth every penny, and for the service and quality provided, I would not think twice about paying significantly more for Ian's expertise. Wow, this guy knows his stuff. I am a civil engineer and am very impressed by the service and support that Ian and team provided for the pre-purchase home inspection. He took his time to thoroughly inspect all aspects of the house and took a complete photo inventory of all aspects of the inspection (with recommendations, flagged issues, and general maintenance tips and trick). He also explained a lot about the systems in the house during the inspection and made sure we understood pretty well everything.
