the sales lady I had . had no idea about her role. she adked me what size I weaR in tshirts. I said I am not sure what size I would be here. I asked what do you think since you know their make. she said in a rude voice. what do you think. I am a magician. she grabbed 5 t-shirts and hung them in the room. never saw her again. my husband sales lady was patient and kind"

As to customer service the experience> What we received was not acceptablewhile buying 3 shirts for a total of 385$ I asked for another one to be brought in ,in my size I was asked for my visa number We were told just to bring a shirt to try it, you had to leave your visa number ???for that reasonI paid for those 3 shirts but will never go back to the store>if we(customer)don't receive customer service may as well just shop from a computer

Beautifuly maintained store filled with products of excellent quality. We are still wearing stuff bought many years ago! ....excellent management service: exchanged merchandise in a polite and prompt manner!.. Just a hew reason we shop here, every time we return in Toronto!

Went to Bayview Village location today to return/exchange a Father’s Day gift. Michelle was a wonderfully helpful sales person. Treated me like I was spending $10,000. She was also helping 2 other customers and did so with grace and poise. Such a great attitude. A lovely experience!!!
