I’ve got the chunky monkey milkshake, the combination of chocolate, banana and walnuts. It was super delicious, rich and creamy. The store was very busy but fast and friendly service. Definitely will return.

Lovely experience. Went into Ben and Jerry’s for the first time and the lady was so helpful and cheerful. She suggested what we should order and we were so pleased. Must try are the fresh waffle cones. So good. But it’s big, so you should be really hungry or else order a kids size.

Tasty, over priced Ice cream. Kawartha ice cream is much better. The first staff we spoke to, an Asian fellow, was lovely and friendly. The second, a white guy with long hair and a red hat, was rude and annoyed he had to get off his phone to ring up our order. Store was not clean, tables were covered in spilt ice cream.

This location is always busy on weekends so be prepared to wait, especially if it’s a hot summer day.They have all the Ben and Jerry’s flavours we all know and love!Overall they staff was friendly and the ice-cream was great.

I’ve always wanted to go to a Ben & Jerry’s creamery. It was excellent ice cream, as usual you can never go wrong with B&J. The only reason I’m giving it a 4* review is I was hoping to see much more variety. It turns out our local Circle K/Irving had all but two of the flavours in their display. We did enjoy it though. So can’t really complain. I love the decor.

A mixture of a 5 and 1. So average of 3. Ice cream is great. The issue is with the customer service. The one by there is top notch. Knows what customer service is all about and what will bring people back into the store. The other guy who was there when we visited really needs some customer service training. Instead of going back for a second visit we went elsewhere. I suspect that many people are avoiding calling in when they see who is actually in store at the time.Hope this helps.

Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy Ice Cream at the McGill College location is a must-try for chocolate lovers. The rich, creamy chocolate ice cream with cookies and pudding swirls is a heavenly combination. The cute hostess in the green t-shirt adds to the welcoming atmosphere.
