These guys came around to my complex, I agreed to allow them to do a SOFT credit check (this is the check where it does NOT impact your credit score). The did a HARD credit check. I wrote a review advising they are not honest, they contacted me asked me to remove my review. We agreed to a mutually satisfactory terms, however again they are DISHONEST and did not fulfill their end of the agreement. Stay away from these guys, they will lie to no end. Wish there was a way to give them a negative score!

Antiquated systems, pathetic customer service. My father’s house sold in August and it is now December and still waiting for a small refund. They continue to send invoices for services that were terminated in August. Zero internal communications. ADT all the way going forward.

Overall not a very good security company. Was with them for 10+ years and the service slowly degraded. Many mistakes by billing department. Was supposed to receive a credit when I canceled (as you pay 3 months in advance). They automatically charge you an extra month due to 30 days notice even though they actually cancel the monitoring on the day you actual cancel. The yshould continue to monitor the service for the 30 days.They also mysteriously found some police fee invoice which I apparently did not pay. This invoice was from a year ago and I had never received it. It was also not on any invoices I paid since that date (including another police fee).For this $30 credit I spent an hour plus looking through my records. Meanwhile they did not reply back to my emails in a timely matter (took 7 days) or ever call me back.The billing department is disorganized and not honest. They just automatically close the issue even though I was contesting it.The company itself seems to be just running on autopilot and do not care about existing customers.I've never wasted more time for $30. Chubb themselves must of spent at least that much when I finally got on the phone and was able to talk to someone in the credit department.Don't even consider this company for security.

If you have another option for security, take it. Chubb fire and security should be your last choice. The customer service would be better if it was truly non existent. When u finally get someone on the phone they tell you the wrong info anyways. It took us months and months to try and successfully cancel the services when we moved and after chubb told us for a 5th time it was sorted, the new home owners had to reach out because the system was still beeping. They have also decided to send a random bill from over 2 years ago for work done that was not and they can't even say what work it was, they just expect us to pay the $2000 bill, even after a representative told us it was sent in error.If I could give them NO stars, that would be more appropriate.I've never been on the end of such poor service....a real shame.

We have been CHUBB customers for 20 years.Recently we changed our system from landline to cell phone, at a considerable expense.They did a terrible job, using old wiring, old ( dead) battery, old, non- functioning motion detectors. We were sold expensive panels we didn’t need, had we been advised that we can use our cell phone app instead.We are totally dismayed by the poor quality of service to loyal customers.We would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

Horrible, horrible customer service. We are a large franchise in Canada, but have a small HQ. We use Chubb for our HQ security, and have since 2013. If it were up to me, I would tear out their garbage and have a smaller company take care of us. Why? Because when I phoned Chubb in September 2022 for a low battery message on my system, they said they would open a Work order and send someone out to replace the battery - they said it was so easy I could probably do it myself, but it would require a ladder so I asked how much it would cost for them to come out & do it for us. I was quoted $257 + tax. The technician came, and was here for MAYBE 15 minutes. When I got the bill, I was shocked. It was $675 as they charged us for two hours of labour, battery cost, and driving surcharge. I called to tell them there'd been a mistake, and they told me no and tried to justify the cost. RIDICULOUS. Because it was the company I work for that footed the bill, I tried to fight it but we ended up just paying it. Fast forward to today, March 2023 and the low battery light is on again. I called Chubb, and right away they offered to send someone. I recalled the story from last time, and said I don't want to be charged another $700. The rep (very rude) said well I don't know what to say". Thanks a lot. So

For 3 years I have been trying to get this company to take me off their call list for a company I left 3 years ago. I have call monitoring on my phone and their “”calls” still get through.I offer to give the supervisor Parth, operator 56 the phone number of the person they should be calling and he will not take the number because I don’t know the account number of a building that was 1 of 400, I oversaw 3 years ago.I would say that would be liable if something happened.But it gets better. He thinks that’s his out to get rude with me.Children doing what should be serious work.
