BK Repair
BK repair was contracted to service my Miele coffee maker. After two on-site visits the issue still wasn’t fixed, so Brad took it into his shop. Returned it over a month later and didn’t stay to make sure it was working properly and when asked directly if it was working said yes and left quickly. It wasn’t working at all. The problem he was supposed to have fixed was in fact, worse. When I called (less than an hour later) to inquire he said I would just have to get a new one from Miele. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give. Slow unfriendly service and didn’t fix a darn thing.

I really appreciated how quickly we were able to book in for a repair. Our service technician was very intelligent and worked quickly. Very happy with the service we recived and highly reccomend this company. Great service!
