Double Check your bill carefully. Driving Force was pleasant to deal with and they agreed to waive the drop fee ($600) for a 1 way rental however the kilometers driven on my final invoice were inaccurate. Be sure to take before / after pictures of the odometer and the vehicle if you choose to rent from Driving Force.

Would rent a truck from here again, it looks great parked next to a Cat D11T. Clean vehicle, seamless pick up and drop off, great customer service when I called the office. Vehicle came with all requested features for driving on a mine site.

I am so disappointed.I thought the service would be much more better with all those high reviews.I booked car for one day and it was actually for few hours for work and I had plane back to Vancouver to catch.They kept me waiting for my car for 40 minutes and they were so relaxed about it.And eventually they charge me 20$ extra for 2.5 litter of gas.

Kaylee Anderson was wonderful when helping me rent a van to help out with a family wedding. The van was super clean and the pick up and drop off was super easy. I will certainly recommend and use Driving Force in Terrace again. Thanks Kaylee

Everything was perfect for my rental in Terrace. The car was what I ordered, it was a new vehicle and very clean.I returned the car early and got a very prompt refund for days not used.I also left some sunglass lenses in the car and they are arranging their return to me!Well done! Thank you.

Driving Force was very quick to deal with a billing issue after the return of my rental. Issue was resolved same day as I notified them. I have never known a car rental that was that quick to resolve an issue. Highly recommend. Will definitely rent again.

Needed to book a rental on very short notice and looked online to book. Sites direct you to call and I was greeted by the nicest, sweetest and most humourous/polite Rental Consultant Samantha. She went above and beyond to get me a great rental and promptly followed up with a confirmation email. Professional, top notch. A+++++. Will definitely get my business in the future because of her. The company I was working for was renting trucks from Driving Force and I left my phone in the truck when they were returned. Kelli McIlmoyle was incredible and made sure the phone was returned by mail. Excellent service!

Be very careful if you choose this company. I prepaid for a 10 day car rental from the airport and paid in full weeks in advance. When I picked up the car they took an additional $500 credit card deposit, which the clerk said I would get back in full upon return of the car. After I returned the car I wasn't emailed the final invoice until much later, after I was on the plane flying home. They said I would get it before I left.After I got home I learned they charged me $380 in additional fees, including a $90 airport pickup fee that was not disclosed earlier, and $270 for extra insurance that I explicitly declined when I picked up the car. I had to call the company twice to get the insurance charges reversed but they kept the rest of the deposit. If you go with these guys, take a photo of the original contract you sign (they don't send you a copy of the actual version you sign) and the odometer both before and after. And demand to see the final invoice at the time of dropoff so they don't try to charge you after you are gone.

Always rent here and they go above and beyond. They have helped me out on tight timelines on several occasions when other companies tell me there is nothing available.
