Money mongers. Don’t expect pain relief during an emergency appointment. Fast test, x-rays, pay and later appointment for more money or referral to specialists. Paid over 700$ for tests and filling of one tooth. They don’t guarantee their work and don’t expect to speak to the dentist for any information out of your appointment. Four front desk employees to collect the money and do their best to bar you from talking to the dentists.

My experience at this clinic was amazing,very professional,the staff is great and Dr Chiasson is a real gentleman. I am lucky to have such a great dentist.They even have a second location in Dieppe. Two thumbs up I strongly recommend you stop searching for a dentist and join Elmwood Dental Center.

I could not say enough incredible things about this clinic. From reception, to the dental hygienists, to the dental assistants, to the dentists- everyone here is amazing! I have had about 5 appointments here, and every single one has gone better than I could have asked for. The clinic is clean and their work is very appropriately priced. Thank you for everything you do, Prisma staff! You made this girl finally say she loves going to the dentist!

Fast service. Great customer service.I can't complain. I went in for some work, they did not behave in any way other than absolutely fantastic and professional. Very knowledgeable. I asked for a few quotes on a few options for the work, they got me prices within minutes with complete breakdowns.Had an extraction today, by the time my mouth completely regained feeling, zero pain. None. Just a little discomfort in the back of the jaw but otherwise absolutely amazing.10/10 - And I'm not a fan of Dentists lol.

My experience with Valerie was amazingly positive. I thought I had to replace my two front teeth only to discover there was no need. She was able to restore what was already there and give me back my smile. Overall my experience with Prisma Dental has been a great one.
