Dr Ruby Saggar is not a very good doctor. I went in with 10 stitches on my hand, hoping to get pain killers and to get my wsib form signed but she refused to do either. She also told me I don’t need anything for pain. I went straight to the hospital and they prescribed me 3 different medications and wrote me off work for a month. The staff is also unorganized and have a negative attitude. Expect a long wait and leaving the office with no help from the doctor or her team.

Doctor is very nice , I wouldn't change her.But then the support staff will tell me that I did not cancel an appointment whereas I will keep on calling them.NO Email id to correspond.The chances of Mr, PM picking up my call to help, are better than the support staff ;)

Doctor Saggar always has time and she never rushes. She always takes time to make sure she understands my needs and how to help. My kids love her friendly personality. I am always sent to the best specialists for diagnostics. Thank you Dr. Saggar !

Dr. Saggar is the rudest & arrogant lady I have ever seen in my life. My family doctor passed away so somebody recommended her so I decided to reach her. First visit wasn't that good then I decided to give her more chances & as per my expectation, she drastically failed. She is not ever nice with small kids.She never smiles. My list is too long. I'm not going to her ever again. Normally I don't give my reviews anywhere but her attitude forced me to do that. Please consider someone else if you looking for doctor. She doesn't worth it at all. Totally worse experience. System doesn't allow me to give her no star at all. So I m giving her one star. Don't count it.

Dr. Ruby saggar is very professional doctor.The ladies at the counter treats the patients in a very professional and well mannered way.Wait time is not too long as compared to other clinics. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Ruby saggar.

Don’t see her if you want actual help!! She’s also racist and only accepts Indian patients I saw her deny 2 people who weren’t Indian within the first week of her office opening when she had no patients. She has no bedside manner at all and I found out I have severe almost septic shock from pneomoniae and she flew fused on multiple times to do a sputum test on me saying no you don’t need it why would I ask for it then another doctor that did it almost a year later found how severe it was and she just kept letting me suffer. She is a horrible human being let alone a horrible doctor.

The only thing good about that clinic is the doctor. I really like Dr.Ruby for her diligence and patience while listening to my concerns. I really appreciate her for skill and experience. However, The administration staff is absolutely unprofessional. They never send prescription on time. They do not send prompt emails and are very bad with their correspondence. Also, the clinic timings and the availability of the doctor for appointments could be improved. Clinic should be open at least on Saturday so we can collect our prescription and get or health concerns checked.

Staff is rude & unprofessional, nor willing to help any concerns. Pretty impossible to reach this clinic for any help, you’re better off going to the walk-in and they will take more care for you without even knowing you. I can’t comment on Dr. Ruby because I can’t even get through to calling them

Dr Ruby Saggar makes me comfortable, goes in detail, comprehends and explicitly explains cause and remedy of the problem, convincingly . She never rushes rather makes the patient cheerful - real professional doctor. Excellent staff.
