I was pleasantly surprised with our experience with MK Insulating. Titus and his crew were friendly, informative and efficient! They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I would recommend this company for your insulation needs.

My husband and I live on a fixed income so things are tight. We were in dire need of insulation so I contacted a few contractors to get quotes so I could write for a grant to help us pay for insulation in our attic. At first Mike of MK Insulating was very helpful, until we actually received the grant and he had won the contract. He became harder and harder to get ahold of, he wouldn't return my calls, he eventually made 4 different appointments to do the job and never showed up or called us to reschedule. I called a few times to try to reschedule but never got a response. I finally had my husband call him from his phone and Mike of MK Insulating got right back with him. Mike found out it was actually me and said his phone accidentally blocked my number. We proceeded to make another appointment to have our attic insulation installed, and again no show no call. He then continuously ignored calls from my husband's phone number. Please do not call this contractor. He is not reliable, and he is not honest. It took me several months to write for this grant to help us pay for the insulation, and then to have a company do to us what this one did was terrible. However, after reading a few other reviews I'm glad he didn't do the job.

Met with Mike, who was very punctual in getting an estimate. Listened to my concerns and provided the options to correct the problem. The crew showed up on the scheduled day, who were respectful our our property and friendly. Installed the need soffit venting and baffles to allow the free flow of air. Then proceeded to get my house the need R-value it was missing. It did not take long for us to FEEL the difference. Our two story house HAD an issue with elevated temperature on the second floor, by 8 to 10 degrees warmer. Today, the second floor was actually cooler than the main floor. Cannot wait to see zero icicles in the winter. Thank you MK Insulation. !!!

Older houses have lots of charm, but they also have less insulation. MK Insulation was prompt in their response to the inquiry, provided competitive pricing, and was efficient and professional in their work! Thank you, Titus and crew. Now we are not only warmer, but our pocket book is a little bit merrier, just in time for the holidays.

The team at MK Insulating is wonderful to work with. There were some supply issues that were out of their control, and they went above and beyond to stick to their commitment. I highly recommend using this business for any of the services they provide. I know I will be letting friends and family know how great they are to work with.

I needed a small insulation job done on short notice and MK Insulating was extremely responsive, and did an excellent job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for all your insulation needs. Plus they are a small local business which I always try to support, and Titus is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Give MK Insulating call the next time you need any insulating!!

After calling several of the bigger places listed and w/ no customer service or interest in coming to my home anytime soon b/c they were all so busy, I called MK Insulating. Titus (owner) answered the phone and even though he too was very busy and already had 5+ scheduled appts that day he said he would fit me in. He did arrive the same day, spent an hour with me inspecting our attic insulation and consulting w/ me and answering my questions (while his phone was blowing up w/ calls). I hired him that day and he again said he would try to fit me in this week (smaller job for him..I am assuming) for he was scheduled 3 weeks out. It's Thursday (same week) and he completed the job this morning. Best customer service ever!! Thank you Titus (and Trevor)! I would highly recommend!
