The investigators I had contact with were amazing! They were extremely professional and very caring. I gave them the information I had about the person I wished to find and they found this person in 3 days! I was very impressed! The information I had was from 30+ years ago but they were able to use it effectively. I highly recommend this agency.

I was so impressed by the efficient and quality work of BCSI investigations in dealing with my case file at hand. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a Private Investigation firm and would use them again. I cannot say enough good things about their hard working and professional staff and work ethic, their confidentiality and quick response in answering any questions that arose. Hugely disappointing service. They have a one size fits all package which they weren't willing to tailor to meet our needs. Our advice is to save your hard-earned money and go to anyone else but them. This service was so poor we ended up feeling scammed and were no further ahead than when we started.
