Convenient location. Depending on your site - could be a bit noisy due to being beside the TC Hwy. Perfect for the evening. The washrooms/showers were extremely clean - so a huge thumbs up there! Our daughter loved the amethyst selection in the store. Denis was great. We accidentally left the grill of our new Coleman BBQ behind and they packaged it and sent it home to us! An enormous Thank You!

It was a fine place to stay the night during our trip. The man who checked us in was friendly. The bathroom was clean and had hot showers. Our site was fine, nothing special. The campground is right off the highway but road noise wasn’t intrusive during bedtime hours.

A very quiet, clean, well organized for arrivals, with staff guiding you through the camp layout, stopped by your campsite to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and provide a notice of the upcoming events. Cost was very reasonable

It was good - especially the coded washroom doors; coded to keep out non-campers from stopping by, was advised, but especially good for security for females.The taps are installed counter intuitively in the shower, so I had to step out and get water all over the plywood floor in order to not get scalded or freeze, so that's not the best, and need more ventilation in the washrooms (mould on ceiling). Lovely spots, lots of tents. Bring bug netting - it was a lifesaver! Nice, quiet sites.

Interesting Park, with ammenities to serve all sized camping experiences. Great staff/manager. You HAVE to check out the gigantic Amethyst they have on display, if it's still there...

The new restaurant is an excellent addition to this campground honey hole. Recently renovated / reorganized office has now turned restaurant. The price has been hit and miss, 39$ for two burgers and two poutines is not by all means cheap"

Stayed in July 2017. This was an extremely convenient campground used as an overnight stop on our way through. The convenience to the highway means you are going to experience traffic noise, but it wasn't terrible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The site was level and all of the hookups were in close proximity and worked without problems. There are no low hanging trees or tight turns making this an easy place to get in and out of. Would stay here again.

Not a bad little spot to stop on the way through. Friendly people and easy access from town. Washrooms and showers were very clean, campsites a bit small for more than one tent but I'm sure there are some other bigger sites too. One night, one tent $32.
