ASH Refillery and Co.

ASH is a fantastic, sustainable refillery! I use about 12 of their products in my home and I always get my candles refilled there so no more recycling candle containers! I highly recommend ASH!

This shop owned Adriana, Seth, and Heather-Lynn is the most wonderful addition to Cook St. in Victoria. As someone who is relatively new to the world of eco-shopping and refillery, they made my experience very enjoyable and educational! They know so much about their products and will answer any questions you have and find the best fit for you. The online shop is very easy to use and I loved the doorstep delivery option. I will definitely be ordering from them when I am back in Alberta :)

First time in this small but mighty store. So many items with the refillable theme which eliminates excessive waste. Refillable candles, items for the bath, kitchen, home and person. My friend purchased some Om face products which she was very impressed with. Too many items to single out but worth a stop in. Easy place to purchase a gift for someone. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Just here a couple years but a good store to visit.

These people are amazing and the prices are totally reasonable with great products! So helpful - gorgeous candles at great prices! Never will I buy a candle elsewhere again!

What can you really say negatively about reducing unnecessary waste?... nothing! I use to live in the building this location is at, and it was amazing to have these options so close. Smells nice, and the team is wonderful. 10/10

The best local shop in Victoria. All the products are incredible, the owner is so lovely and they hand deliver for free! Can’t recommend enough.

Been testing out Essential oils from various places. and the ones I got from here are very good and strong. So maybe only 2-3 drops would be enough. Other oils from Sage seemed to be too much but these ones were great. I bought one months ago and now I bought a single set of what they have.

I ordered products online and the experience was great! The website was easy to navigate and the write-ups of the products made it easy to understand how to use them. The packages (I also gifted some items) arrived when they said they would and the tracking process worked well. The lovely hand written note was a nice touch too. I have been enjoying all the products I bought, the scents in the body care items are lovely and subtle and my skin is feeling silky smooth. I really like how clean my teeth feel after using the charcoal tooth polish; it has not taste which I like. Looking forward to trying more products!

This refillery is a must go for anyone looking for premium quality goods, in environmental packaging, and most of it is refillable!The store: This place is such a wonderful refillery, from the incredibly kind, knowledgeable, helpful staff always make me feel welcome. They do their best to keep a good amount of product in stock at all times. They will talk to you whenever you need a second opinion or set of eyes. It is the only place i get my skincare, haircare, and nail polish among other things,.The products: some of these products have changed my routine in the best way! I have never found a solid conditioner bar that worked and the lady working recommended the good Juju scalp health and it is literally the best shampoo conditioner combo i have ever used (and i used to be a hair dresser)! I wake up and start my day by performing my (what has become a sacred) ritual. I love the blume line and they carry almost every flavour, I have used it to replace my morning latte or tea latte. The “BKIND” nail polish is some of the best cream nail polish I’ve ever used. The colours are so flattering and they have a huge variety. My personal fav is the matte top coat because it is a true velvet matte. I buy all of my skincare and hair care here. The OM moisturizer and hydrating mist are so so good, i also recently fell in love with the eye serum which is perfect because i prefer a serum to a designated eye cream. Hydrating and refreshing with skin safe ingredients that i can get refilled?! Say less. Their solid perfumes are so effective and smell so good that i have purchased 3 in 3 days (2 for me one for a gift) and the scents are totally layerable! Everything from the laundry detergent to the cleaning products, to the hair and body care are of the highest quality. They bring in new stuff all the time so checking it out is a must!In closing,This is my favourite store in general here in victoria and i am so grateful to find a cute shop that is environmentally friendly that cares for its workers and customers alike! A great little refill store that has something for everyone. I especially like their own line of foot scrubs and candles. They also carry a line of nail polish by BKind that doesn’t smell toxic and are made in Montreal - I bought three and slowly building up to have the full collection! Excited to see the store grow and develop.
