Don’t be fooled by the overall rating. They used to offer a discount to the 28-day rate to get new(er) customers to post reviews (and then reneged on same offer once it was done), not sure if this is still a policy.Stay away, especially if required for long-term. This location is worse than the pictures suggest. No improvements, no updates, no protection, debris falling into unit (inside the main structure), flooding (without notification to customers), theft, doors that are a death trap to open each time (unit and facility), drywall sheets separating units (no actual structure), just wire in place of a unit ceiling through which dust, debris, moisture come into unit, poor customer service (so many inconsistent responses over the years, false information provided many times, blatantly rude or unprofessional staff (not all of course, but enough over a period of time), for some staff that may be polite when you make contact with them, most are either uninformed, issue false promises, or simply have no decision-making power to be able to actually help. Yet prices, regularly increase, without fail. Very friendly, as noted in the reviews, when you are a new customer to get you in the door. However, any issues encountered due to this company’s blatant negligence will not be addressed nor resolved in any equitable or fair manner to the customer. Communication ignored regularly. Professionalism is not an adjective I’d ever use to describe this company as a whole. There’s no attempt to take accountability or correct the issues they cause. Clearly company policy and lack of care for the customers stemming from the top, you know the whole ‘fish rots from the head’ and all. Those looking for a ‘cheaper’ location (though certainly this location, Oakdale, isn’t worth what they charge either) for a short-term solution may not encounter the many issues we’ve experienced over the long term and saw other customers experience, but why take the risk, if you value your belongings and personal well-being…

Absolutely had to write about Hayden!!! We finally got up to our unit with a rented van to pick up our new outside couch. When we got there we realized no one was in the office because it was Sunday. We did not know our storage unit number or passcode which we needed to get into the building! We panicked thinking we had wasted all this time driving way up there. We called MY STORAGE and friendly, helpful Hayden talked us through the process and checked our info to give us our number and passcode. She saved the day!!!! And she was so damn nice! SCAM! Big Big scam. They ask you to leave a review for $10 credit and then charge you $40 fee and then next day send you another bill with different amount and make excuses. The POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND SUCH A SCAM! ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
