Kilometres add up quickly… Especially for the brand new bike you’re breaking in. The dealership I bought my bike from in Calgary, couldn’t get me in until Aug 12. Solution? Alberta Cycle!! My first service to my bike, only took about 4 hours, and was well worth the 342 kms I had to travel. They are definitely the angels who have my back!! Sales staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Service desk was top class, and the service mechanic, and I’m sure they all are top notch. No issues riding home.

Picked up a new tire for my motorcycle, gave a good deal with a price match. And Saturday the service was Fcfs. So was in and out for tire replacement as well.

So I came home late Friday night after putting a few hundred km on the bike and found my rear tire needed to be changed. Called everywhere Saturday am and literally 2 to 3 weeks was what I was told to get it in and have the tire changed. Lyle told me they could get me in today on a first come basis and within 4 hours I had my new tire on without an issue, also got to hang out and have free coffee and watch the races on the 2 big tvs. Awesome service, will be back here again for sure. Thanks guys. And a special thanks to the guy that did the work, even fitted me w some red parts to match my bike, cheers !!!!

If you have the option to go elsewhere, do so. Tough to get anyone to even acknowledge you. I wanted to buy a new bike and the sales-woman made me feel bothersome for taking to her. I ended up ordering the bike. I live out of town and on a Monday they told me it was in and asked when I would be picking it up. I told them Friday, or Saturday if it would be ready. They made every indication that it would be. I got there first thing Saturday morning and it wasn't ready, and they had no estimation whatsoever for when it would be. I immediately cancelled my order and went somewhere else. I ended up going to Calgary to get the same bike, much happier with the whole experience.

This place was awesome! I went to every other dealer in town and they all gave me ridiculous numbers, and unrealistic out the door times, I went in picked a bike I wanted and had it in my truck within the hour, I love my Royal Enfield Himalayan, fast staff, good loading procedures, But they didn't have any hats for me! Haha. All jokes aside, awesome place and I will. Be back for gear, parts, and anything I need. Best place in Edmonton by far!

They charged me almost $400 for the first service and it was done extremely poorly. The basics like lubing the chain was not done properly. When I called to provide feedback the manager didn't seem to care much and was getting annoyed. I said I will send a photo and she said that won't be necessary and knows her technicians do a great job so I hope she sees this.Prior to this had to get quickshifter installed and had to wait an entire day at the shop for a small job because the incompetent service department couldn't find the instructions. I the customer had to literally google the instructions and email it to them and then they installed it.SALES: But when I bough the bike, the experience was super smooth, they gave me a good deal, treated me well.

My bike was booked in for a Tuesday to get a basic tire change. I dropped it off the Friday before and they were able to get to it Saturday morning!I did have to wait a little bit at drop-off but I had no issues waiting as they were training a new person on their system. At pick-up, it was after service was closed, but the parts dept. was able to take care of me.Overall, I had a great experience. Pricing was competitive to other places I called and they got the work done sooner than expected.I did see they also had an OK selection of Dixxon shirts, I'll have to come back another day to try some on!

This place used to be where I bought all my motorcycle tires, as they actually had good deals, now even a 2 year old tire on the discount" rack they are charging more than a brand new tire would cost by disguising the "regular" price of the tire as 40% higher and then offsetting with a 30% discount. nice try. Parts guy was a dbag. Hard to stay shopping local

I visited this business years ago and swore I would never go back because of the poor attitude of the person I was dealing with. I figured I would give them another try as a lengthy time had elapsed and that person was probably no longer with the organization. It turns out he was not. In fact there was new management in place about 5 years ago. I am happy to say that the service that I received sure made up for the service I did not get in the past. They were extremely helpful (thanks Richard) and the price on the tires I needed for my bike were a lot better than other shops. In fact the price was the similar as if I got them online at Fortnine. And I do like to support her local business so it was an additional bonus. Another thing that I liked about this particular business, is they are open on long weekends which came in very handy since I needed some additional oil for my bike which I could not get anywhere else. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed, I wasn't.

When you need a little help, Alberta Cycle was there Saturday morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Met Joel a technician and was very helpful. A very warm fuzzy feeling all around. I will be back for sure. Thank you Alberta Cycle.
