Everytime i go to this i go to this location. I ALWAYS get let down.Was there thursday for a 6 piece bucket. Smallest chicken ive ever seen . If theyre that small, at least throw in an extra piece .No love or care went into making that30$ for not even filling me up is a scam .

I came here to this location to buy both taco bell and KFC, the gentlemen at the cashier taking the order was already annoyed as he couldn’t even say “hello” my son told him his order twice and he rolled his eyes at us because he couldn’t understand what my son was saying. Then I proceeded to give my order of KFC on a bucket of chicken and after I place the order he tells me “we have no white meat” I said to him, how long will it take to make it, first he says, 15-20 mins, then apologizes and says 45-60 mins. At this point I’m getting a little annoyed because he’s been rude already to my son and then is lying about the white meat. Then he tells me, we actually don’t have white meat. So I asked why not, he said he “doesn’t know” so I asked to speak the the manager. The rude guy goes to the back laughing at me and rolling his eyes and gets another guy that says he’s the manager, I asked why they have no white meat he said we’re not making any today because we have too much dark meat. I have never heard of such an excuse before. I asked for the owners name and he said he was advised he’s not allowed to give it out. I called head office to file a complaint, never have I ever had this type of encounter before. Very disrespectful, no customer service.

Just picked up my order and asked if my gravy was in there. I was told it's in the box" IT WASN'T!!!! This isn't the first time this has happened! I'm getting tired of paying for gravy I'm not receiving. You people are thieves!!! I'm not impressed. Train your staff properly."

Staffing service is too poor. Prices are also different as compare to other branches of KFC. Food is not also upto mark.

Have attended the kfc/Taco Bell location in Cambridge center at least 4 times and they have not been able to fill my order of 2 breast pcs. Pathetic. Staff is short tempered and snappy.

Order stripes and popcorn chicken combo got home and only had the chicken stripes. Ice machine wasn’t turned on and pop was flat. Always rude customer service. Never again. Phone is also disconnected so you can’t even call to complain.

This location has worst customer service. Just today I ordered tacos and they came completely broken. I ate however because I was in hurry. But, while passing by I thought to give them a polite feedback. The person with golden frame (eye glasses) just started arguing with me even though I told that I didn't want any refund or free food. After 2 mins of this, I gave up and walked away. Just imagine how worst his behavior was. Instead of just getting the feedback and saying sorry, he was arguing and defending his position.
