Great staff. Beautiful clean room. We really enjoyed our stay here. We also went to the restaurant in the building for dinner while we were there. Enjoyed our meal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully designed. Attentive, welcoming staff and exceptionally clean rooms.If you’re looking for a good nights sleep and a great breakfast during your stay in Port Hardy. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Kwa'lilas Hotel
Had our staff Christmas party here and it was amazing, the staff were so helpful and accommodating and we had a fantastic party. The food was absolutely delicious and the room was perfectly set up. Our staff had a really good time, this was awesome. Thank you so much!

This was the absolute best hotel stay I have ever had at any price point!To start, the facility is absolutely beautiful, very clean and very well maintained. The building is older, and that sincerely adds to the charm with all of the gorgeous modern upgrades. The whole building is clad in cedar, with absolutely fabulous art throughout. Each room even has an installation metal art piece, alongside a custom headboard (pictured). But the shining star of it all is the breathtaking wall of copper plate in the lobby. You have to see it to believe it!To go along with all the beauty, the service was absolutely impeccable. Housekeeping was quiet, kind, and excellent at what they do. Front desk was incredibly personable, everyone we spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. And the bar!! Every server and bartender we had was incredibly attentive to not only our needs but the varied needs of every other patron. They balanced high end dinners with a pub feeling seamlessly, and the music was fun and always changing! Great to see pool tables, free pool was a massive bonus!The food from the restaurant and bar was absolutely phenomenal. My partner and I ate there 4 times over our stay, and every dish we tried was cooked to perfection, clearly fresh, and bursting with classic and local flavors. The bannock that's available all day is the hands down best bannock I've ever had! Highly recommend with strawberry jam for breakfast and with the soup of the day for lunch! And the Ahi tuna tacos were devoured within seconds of hitting the table. Cannot wait to come back and experience the fine dining restaurant once it's open from renovations!Overall, this was the best of the best in accomodations. It made our North Island adventure exactly what we were hoping for!

The friendly and helpful staff make this hotel a very great place to stay, seriously probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had. The breakfast is great, the bar has great food and live music. The rooms are modern and very nice and clean. Obviously newly renovated with nice attention to detail. Walkable to downtown no problem.

Super spot. Indigenous run from what I gathered and it is beautiful inside and out. Really solid atmosphere and hear the pub is awesome.

Great place to stage activities from or as a stop over. High quality rooms. Fantastic staff and if they can't provide for you the rest of the town will.
