Best experience I’ve had in any shop, anywhere. Every staff member I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, both with finding the right shoes (they happily put up with me being indecisive for 45 minutes) but also with introducing me to the local area. Definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic experience walking into The Runners Shop. As an amateur runner it felt great to be around knowledgable staff that were helpful without being pretentious. The gentleman at the counter asked a series of questions and then provided me with 5 options of runners that would fit my needs. I purchased a pair that I've been running with for two weeks and am very happy with my decision.

I had a great experience with The Runners Shop. My spikes arrived in perfect condition much faster than expected. I liked that there was no unnecesary plastic packaging. The shoes even came with a personalized thank you note, which was a thoughtful touch.

I bought a pair of trail runners at the Runners Shop last weekend. When other running stores had very little stock and not much interest in helping me, the staff here went out of their way to find the right shoe for me.The staff were knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to understand exactly what I needed. I tried about 6 pairs of different shoes and found a perfect pair. I've been out several times already for a run and they are great for what I need.

I entered the shop in search of comfortable shoes as I love walking long distances. The super kind shop assistance knew exactly what I needed: I tried the shoes on and I fell in love with them. A few weeks later I still think these are the best shoes I've ever worn!

Even though I don't run, my long-distance hikes still require good runners. I found customer service that was knowledgeable, friendly, and expert in every way; They were very understanding of my needs and patient with me. They took the time to find me the right pairs of runners by giving me options from various brands to try on. In the end, I got runners that fit perfectly, and I'm very happy with them!
