Third Judicial Circuit Court

This court system is chewed up with the whole zoom thing. Yall seriously need to do in person court hearings esp on a ppo. So if someone is in danger you just dismiss the ppo having proof sent to you months of proof and the respondent does not send any evidence and then a person gets the complaint from respondent the day of the court hearing well that is not how it works. No wonder why people who have a ppo end up hurt or dead. You say no witnesses unless the judge gives permission then the judge asks if there are witnesses but the day of is to late for that so yall need better informed staffing and you really need to stop these zoom hearings for serious cases unacceptable how a case went today thankfully I know the steps on what can be done but many do not and that is not ok.

It is like pulling teeth to get a clerk on the line. This court NEVER Answers their phones . Smh That is Wayne County for you!

This is the worse court system!!! This entire operation is absolutely horrible! They have no urgency or response to filed cases. The ERRORS on my case are excessive and court related (e.g. other party names on my paperwork, incorrect birthdays, hearing cancellations). Even with an attorney, you get no where when attempting to address these problems. The wait time to speak to someone is excessive and once you get someone, they can't help. All I get is a run around when attempting to get things done. EVEN after following their process of filing motions nothing is d.one. I don't know what else to say except HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!

The third judicial Court is the worst court in the land of America they are terrible they do not follow the laws they help one another to take away the law and persecute innocent people and it is not fair where many of these judges to be on the bench to name one is judge Paul cusick nor should Kym Worthy or her assistant Elena Rose neck B1 all they seek to do is put people behind jail did you know that they have not been able to eat for days now because the tunnel is full of water and rats

At what point will accountability come into play? Trying to get information is a nightmare, they talk to you like you’re a legal expert when asking for info. It’s almost like they want to frustrate you to the point you break and pay for a lawyer. Feeding the system. My matter is a non contested family case that I can’t seem to get a hearing for despite my many efforts. As a tax paying citizen in Wayne county, I shouldn’t be forced to hire a lawyer for progress!

This is the worse court I have ever had to deal with! I have a case against me for something I did not do, a zoom hearing was set for in which they gave me the wrong time. Everybody that I have talked to from this court has been rude and unprofessional for no reason at all! I hate that I got tangled up in this mess! I have paid almost 500 to an attorney just to respond to an answer. I paid for and filed a motion and haven’t heard anything back. This has been nothing but a nightmare!!!!

I draw into question the validity and construction of any forms, proceedings and modes purely legal for acquiring jurisdiction, that are martial in character, in all legal colorable admiralty and maritime proceedings in a general military character, and in a particular “State” acts of war letters of marque reprisal legal proceeding styled as THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF MICHIGAN, “IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT ”, “UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FEDERAL CIRCUIT”, INFERIOR COURTS, namely,JUSTICES OF THE PEACE and the POLICE COURT, SUPERIOR COURTS, namely the SUPREME COURT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. And Whether they are repugnant to the constitution of the united states, Treaties or laws of the United States? Which are “In Fact” legal fictions and has no “Substantive due process of war” and demonstrably erroneous an “Oxymoron”, “unmoored”, and farcical enforcing rules that do not apply to prize proceedings in admiralty by nature law of nations nor are they in tune with YOUR Trust Indenture or the Treaties of the Al Maroc Shereefian Empire? This Court is in error of all it's processes, forms and action's and continues to act as pirates seizing the prize from the people. these tyrannical acts need to be addressed immediately.

I would hate to have to depend on the people that works in this department that handles PPO. These are the most uncaring people (some) I have ever seen or receive reply from. They don't take the time to explain certain things a person who have NEVER been in this situation before as to the forms and what is acceptable and what is not. They only contact you by email with a decision and even that method is poorly done. If you've been beaten and submitted a PPO, the decision doesn't come until late at night after 10:00pm, whether it's been accepted or denied. If you'll trying to get out of a situation, they take their sweet time replying late at night a time some aggressiver come back to either finish (possible death) what they started or to beat the h*** out of the person more and do more physical harm to the victim(s).

Handicap parking is non valid. Do you guys know it's over 60,000 people disabled In Michigan and you guys have a parking spot for three cars horrible.
