Franklin Badu was really quick to answer our questions, and was able to line up a new Honda Pilot for us under exceptional circumstances, when another brand’s SUV experienced engine failure that couldn’t be fixed for 16 weeks - meaning we’d miss out on most of our summer plans and moments important to our family. The team at Honda were quick, responsive, and made the process of locking down the perfect SUV for our family simple, and far quicker than we could ever have imagined. We can now continue with our road adventures, and keep everyone boarding and biking in a summer that was quickly passing by.

I had a great experience with Michael Tran and his team, finance manager Ivan at Westwood Honda. They are very friendly and professional. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. He discussed in details all the features with me and my wife and knew everything about it. Michael responded to any questions about the vehicle right away even on his days off. He also followed up with me a week after the purchase to check if I’m happy with the vehicle and or I need anything. Phenomenal customer service. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Every person involved did a fantastic job.I first inquired about a vehicle on the website at 2pm and drove it home at 7:30. They all stayed late to help get me into my new car the same day. I noticed that one of the headlights was out a couple days after, stopped by the dealership and without hesitation they took care of it, parts and service both had exceptional service as well. Couldn’t be happier that I came to Westwood Honda for my new car!

However, I want to highlight the positive aspects of my experience, including the exceptional assistance provided by the salesperson, Emily, and the efforts made by the service manager, Matt Litchy, and the sales manager, Rysam Maclver, to address certain concerns.Emily, the salesperson, was extremely attentive and provided me with all the necessary details about the car I was interested in. Her professionalism and helpfulness greatly contributed to my positive experience with the dealership.While there were a couple of hiccups during the purchasing process, I appreciated how quickly and efficiently the dealership addressed these issues. Initially, there was a miscommunication regarding the inclusion of all-season floor mats with the car, but once I brought it to their attention, both Emily and the managers promptly resolved the oversight.During the vehicle delivery, I noticed a scratch on the rear taillight and a minor scratch on the front, indicating that the vehicle may not have undergone a thorough inspection prior to handover. However, the service manager, Matt Litchy, and the sales manager, Rysam Maclver, were very understanding and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Although the replacement of the scratched taillight took a bit longer than expected, they ensured that it was resolved to my satisfaction. Moreover, as a gesture of goodwill, they provided a free touch-up for the rim I scratched, which was greatly appreciated.I must say that despite the challenges encountered, the dedication and commitment shown by Emily, Matt Litchy, and Rysam Maclver in addressing the issues and ensuring my satisfaction as a customer were commendable. This was the easiest dealer I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours with a new car. RICK LAUMAN (Sales Director) gave me a very good price but DAN OST (New Car Director) made sure everything was covered and it was the best price in town. SAEED LOTFI (Sales Consultant) made sure that everything was done very quickly with the documents and the car. The car I bought is a Ridgeline touring that satisfies me in all aspects of the business and is the fourth car I bought from them. I would recommend anyone to go see it
