I must have came on a bad day or something. The reason I came here was because this place has nothing but great reviews, but my experience was bad. The hairdresser was handling 3-4 customers at a time and rushed through my haircut. He cut my hair too short and used the scissors and clippers very roughly. He probably did 10 minutes of work on me whereas other hairdressers would usually take their time and spend at least 30-40 minutes to get it right. The only reason I didn’t give this review a 1 star was because the hairdresser was still nice enough to be courteous although in a very rushed manner.

Deniz has been my hairdresser for the past 17 years and he has never deceived me! Love his cut & color! Fair prices! Will take his time!He is also my husband’s hairdresser and same applies for him too! Very satisfied all the time!

I just called and wanted to know some rates since i have a budget. But my bad the guy on the phone was so defensive and rude. I mean yeah you cannot tell me the exact but telling me a range would be okay. He couldve talked in a nicer tone. He said rudely if i cannot produce a picture or show my hair. I wanted to tell him but he seemed so rude that I didnt bother. I am glad i didnt go to this one. There was no need to be too defensive.

My hubby, son and I have been going to Deniz for a few years now. He does amazing colour, highlights and style all done with your requests in mind. Calm atmosphere and never crowded as he is the owner and the the only hair stylist there. Very clean space with his wife offering mani pedi, waxing etc… Highly recommend!!!

One of the best hair dressers in Montreal and especially NDG. I get my haircuts here and it’s the fastest, best service I’ve received at any shop I’ve been to in Montreal.

Terrible experience. Hairdresser is lazy. I have long very wavy hair. He messed up the color terribly. I wanted to go dark to lighter, he was clearly annoyed. Did not ligthen before color, then had to bleach after color ,then retone. Super rough with the hair brush. Ripped a lot of my hair out. Couldn't even achieve the exact color I asked for. Charged me for a hair cut, I have layered hair n all he did was cut my longest underlayer. No shaping or evening out, or catering to the shorter layers of my hair. My hair color looks patchy. My hair is much more damaged than beforehand. His styling my hair was the worst. I get much better results at home by myself. I do not understand the good reviews for this place. I do not recommend. this guy is a barber at best. Def not a stylist. And he towel dried my hair by rubbing with the towel twice.

Relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. Very happy with my cut.
