Staff seem to be limited in knowledge of the departments they are working in. Had to speak to at least 5 employees to figure out a simple task in the print centre. No one was rude, just lacking experience maybe. It made a five minute visit take almost an hour. ☹

My printer quit. Don’t get Epson wf-2735. It doesn’t recognize new cartridges after 10 maintenance pages.So I went to staples and came in with my own Avery card stock paper but they wouldn’t allow it on any of their MANY printers. There should be a separate charge for using just their machines/ink. Anyway the library was very accommodating.

Really convenient for people living in the north part of Regina, especially near the Hwy road.Good parking lots for customers and they clean in time during wintertime.Price is decent for office items. Somehow, they have little less than another store in the east side of Regina.

Okay, this is rare because I have given this same store a one star in the past but please, the person who helped me at the print shop when I was picking up my order was so helpful. Look out for the person wearing a 'Josh' name tag and you just might enjoy your trip to the store. Helpful with information and resources and definitely courteous!

Great place for all sorts of stationery and business supplies. I appreciate the opening of early and late hours. There’s always somebody available to help with questions and options or to take you to where you’ll find what you need. Lots of space in the aisles and nowhere feels overstocked and crammed. The copy space has plenty of machines that are most always full of paper and there’s never a lineup. The workspace is adequate and supplies are available to use without extra charge. And it’s always kept neat and clean.

My elderly Mother and I went to the copier station but we needed a hand to get started . I asked the worker at the Business Center next to where we needed to be for some help , after we were ignored trying to see if he would actually ask us if we needed assistance. I asked him for some help and he mumbled something and nodded. He never came , after watching him doing some tasks . I thought he was going to finish and then come help us . He never came to help us. I asked again , never came. We left in frustration and I let him know how I was feeling . Terrible customer service , ignored , and very much slighted. Won’t be going in there again. For anything . The store: Regina North, April 4th 2023, at around 12:30.Thanks for nothing.

It is a nice place to shop for home and office supplies, the only thing I don't like is that if you buy anything g like a tablet or notebook ect... it only has a 14day warranty, and so if you buy a case of pens, paper, binders you have a 30 day warranty.
