We used the Archambault team twice now for buying and selling. Their service was excellent. They were always available when we had questions and gave us excellent advice which helped us to make top dollar on our home. The perks of buying and selling with them (e.g the moving truck, staging etc.) we’re super helpful. It doesn’t matter which member of the team it was, they were all super friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we have dealt with Geoff and team. Just like the first time it was a pleasant experience. Mike was great to deal with he helped with the sale of my mom’s house as part of an estate. Mike listed the house on a Thursday and the house was sold by Friday evening! Thanks so much for you guidance and support during what was a difficult period. Mike helped us find a real estate lawyer as we didn’t have one and didn’t feel like hunting for one. A complete service! We definitely know who we will call when it’s time to sell our current house. If we know anyone in the need to a real estate agent your name will be passed in.

We sold our home in Winnipeg with Archambault Buenaventura Team and Blair Yakimoski was our listing agent. The entire process was handled very professionally. Blair was extremely responsive, answering all questions quickly and guiding us through the process. This team hires a home inspector so all prospective buyers had access to the report before putting in an offer. They also supplied a moving truck for two days, at no extra cost to us…we appreciated that! It took 6 days from listing to selling…we couldn’t be happier!
