I wanted to leave a thorough review for this is the first time I have decided to trust anyone with my hair in years and it meant a lot to me. For those who don’t care for specifics, I highly recommend Ashley/Verde! She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. I will definitely be returning in the future!I have always dreamt of having long and healthy hair. After years of dealing with breakage, hair loss, and slow growth, I was scared to cut my hair. I was in desperate need of help.One day, I decided to google “Best hair salon in Winnipeg”, and that’s where I found Verde.I was blown away by their 4.9 rating and after reading hundreds of reviews, I knew exactly which stylist I wanted and booked an appointment. If I’m being honest, I went there with extremely high expectations, which isn’t fair, thanks to the reviews. I am beyond grateful to say that Verde not only met my expectations, they have far exceeded them! I enjoyed every part of my experience there.The moment I first walked into the salon, I was put at ease. The salon was so bright and clean, and receptionist was very kind, she offered to get me a drink and took my jacket.From there I met my stylist Ashley. I went in without really knowing what I wanted, nor could I find a clear picture (which I’ve heard stylists hate) and it made me nervous, yet Ashley was incredibly kind and supportive. We discussed my concerns with my hair and scalp. She took the time to help me get to the point where I was confident that she knew what I needed, and I knew I was in the right hands.Everything was perfect.. the scalp massage, shampoo, botanical repair treatment, mini facial, haircut, style and free welcome package. I’ve received so many excellent services for the price of a haircut.Even though her next client arrived before I finished (probably due to the last minute add on BRT), not once did I feel she was rushing.Ashley, thank you for taking the time bringing my hair back to life! You are a master at your craft and you have gained the business of a new client. I am so grateful and I will continue to recommend you in the future.Thank you for the wonderful service!

Fantastic location and staff! I went for the first time and was very impressed by the clean, calm environment. My stylist Grace is very sweet and listened to what I wanted and made sure she understood before starting any work - something I truly appreciate in a stylist. She was east to talk to and kept me informed of the process as we went along. I was also very impressed on how the time and cost of my service given the calibre of the salon. Can't wait to go back!

I loved my first experience with Verde. I saw Danielle and she was great. Very friendly and professional She gave me hair and scalp tips and a few free samples. I highly recommend Verde and Danielle. I will definitely come back!

Madeline did an amazing job on my cut & colour! I’d highly recommend her services. She was knowledgeable & so sweet! Had an excellent understanding of my naturally spiral curly hair! I’d definitely recommend booking your hair care with Madeline!!!

Verde is a beautiful salon with the best service that is both relaxing and invigorating. You are well taken care of here with options of scalp and hair treatments, scalp massages, quality pampering and skilled stylists. Madeline is a wonderful stylist and I had a great experience with her.

My husband and I both see Ashley X for our hair and she’s awesome. Extremely professional and friendly. The salon is kept clean and the services are great.My only complaint is that it’s a little awkward that they walk you through their shopping area after every service. It feels a little pushy for me. I don’t think this is an issue with Ashley X. This is a Verde issue. I don’t think they should be pushing products like that unless the client has asked. I like the approach to products that Fifth takes. Very low key.

I came here for the first time and the girl who welcomed me was very nice, met me at the door, took my coat and offered me tea which was very yummy. Anna did a wash, botanical treatment, haircut and blow dry and she was fantastic. Everyone was super nice and the environment was very chic. For everything I paid around 80$ after tax but with all the amenities, it felt worth it :)

Found this place thanks to google search and glad I did my research , appointment was an easy process.One is welcomed warmly and given choice of tea, coffee and wine. The ambience is great. It’s a busy place buzzing with many hair stylist.Catherine was my stylist and I highly recommend her , she was excellent, professional and open to understand what works for you. Exceeded my expectation !!! The initial massage was relaxing and touches like mist at the end does make one happy.Since it was my first visit , a small good bag was given , again a thoughtful gesture. They also have a loyalty program. Referrals gets you points too.They have a wide range of good quality products and merchandise , is well displayed and your consultant is happy to run you through which products will work best for your hair type. I’m glad they are not pushy as that can make it a bit uncomfortable.Parking is easily available. Will definitely be coming back. It was a good experience.

Skye-lynn was absolutely amazing with both color service and greeting/ consultation. I had very long black hair wanting to go lighter brown and she was able to do it in the healthiest way possible. I completely trust her with any of my future hair needs! Another higher level stylist would check in on the process every step of the way and skye-lynn was amazing at communicating to her about everything I wanted and skye-lynn new exactly how to get what I wanted.
