As a first time customer it was a great experience shopping here and the team at the store just makes it greater! MichelIe ensured that we had a smooth buying experience. Hope the supply chain issues get resolved soon and we get quicker deliveries on the products. Some of the sofas we liked had lead times of two months! A stand we didn't quite relish (pun intended).

Delivery never showed up. Lost work for 2 days and not even a phone call. They refunded the money but really don’t care about what happened. This company doesn’t care about its costumers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Your better of going to IKEA.

A month ago we arrived to Canada, and we needed to buy some fourniture to our apartament, I don't have the best english and Ana (she works there) helped us a lot!! She is very paciente, and she really listened my need as a PERSON!The only thing that I didn't like it was the delivery... 2 men came to my apartament, and one of them looks very stressfull, my apartament is in the second level he only left my sofa in the hall :(, he was like very mad with his CO worker, maybe that is why he did not care to put my fourniture inside.He is the reason why I do not give to Structube 5 stars.Ana decerves 5 stars !!!

I ordered and they took payment for this sofa a month and a half ago. I recently moved to the city and was looking for a couch to have in time for Christmas. We decided to go with this couch because the estimated back in stock" date was about two week away. We understood that this date may move but we figure two months was sufficient time to ensure we had a couch for our family in time for Christmas.What we have subsequently realized from watching the updates to these dates and discussion with Structube's customer services is that these dates are a completely fabrication to create the illusion that you might be receiving your couch soon but that ultimately they will rely on the fact that their FAQs state that the "estimate back in stocks" are estimates to say that you shouldn't have expected the couch would actually arrive in the stated timeframe.Further
