Average hotel. Check-in was horrible. As a Diamond member, you expect a little more cooperation being you usually only use Hilton. Refused to properly use company card than locked my personal card up by trying to put 3+ charges on it in 10 mins, I then spent half the day trying to get my card unlocked since i use my card for recording travelling expenses. Then had someone walk into our room at 8am the next day to literally tell us to get out like we overstayed our check-out time. Keep your doors locked at this place.Although these issues def impacted my stay & of course the inability to get these issues resolved during my stay. It is always a good sign when a company reaches out after to try & make sure these types of issues are resolved and don't happen again. I have to applaud the Manager for trying to ensure these types of incidents are minimized.

The room was clean and the team members were friendly.Both Front desk people at check in were helpful and answered all my questions. Great little pool and hot tub area, plus laundry, which was a huge bonus! We liked the location as it was close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough to be quiet.

We really liked this place. You walk in, and the place is bright, clean, very inviting and pleasant.Check in/out couldn't have gone smoother. Found People friendly and helpful. Easy access to beverages and junk food. Room cost was comparable to other hotels. Paying extra for breakfast included is well worth it, as this hotel serves the best breakfast buffet I have every experienced. Same selection as other hotels, but the food served here is tasty, fresh, and does not taste like it was served out of a bag or freezer. Can also order off a menu if you like. Breakfast is $17 per adult, $9 for kids, so if you don't pay the extra in the room cost, you pay a lot more at the restaurant, same prices as IHOP close by, but here the food tastes fantastic compared to IHOP or other breakfast places. Kids loved the pool/hot tub. Only thing we could see improved is more ceiling lighting in our room. Room was clean and pleasant, and beds were comfortable. Would go back next time I'm in town for the night, no question.

Absolutely horrid check in experience this past Saturday. I called in the morning to confirm an early check in as we were coming from out of town and needed to plan our sons nap. I was told they would accommodate a 1230-1 check in. My wife went around 1 and was told the room wouldn’t be ready until 2, when she went back at 230 was told it wasn’t ready yet. After she pressed the issue a room magically became available. This would have been fine had we not been told initially that 1230-1 would have been fine to check in. Our son wound up extremely grumpy as a result which made for a very rough night. They need to learn to be clear on what they can accommodate prior to overpromising. This was very frustrating on what should have been a relaxing day/night.

While the hotel’s facilities and rooms are great, this Hilton gets its five-star rating for its staff. Immediately on arrival, and we were quite early for check-in, the staff — in particular Madu — gave us exceptional service. And, regardless if we were coming or going from the hotel, staff members gave us a friendly word. Kudos to HR in its hiring and training of the staff — front desk, food services and room services — everyone on staff was great. Thank you!

Beautiful clean rooms. Nice friendly restaurant with great tv's. Only had an issue with the toilet paper being almost behind you.(near impossible for anyone with any back issues)

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was great, the breakfast staff was attentive, but the security was the issue. It seems that out of province and out of country license plates were being targeted for smash and grabs! Our window was busted out and we were scheduled to drive home almost 8 hrs away…in the winter. This was no fault of the hotel or the staff but it seems this may be a common occurrence. I may recommend fencing in the lot for customer safety! You have been warned. Also not to mention the doors close so hard that they end up being super loud and disruptive at night.

We used to stay here pretty much each time we came to Winnipeg. But since our vehicles got broken into on two occasions in less than 6 months, even though our vehicle was parked approximately 20 feet from the main entrance. We no longer choose to stay at this hotel. We do not feel safe parking our vehicles there. Rooms and customer service were great, but obviously parking security isn't. The only way I'd ever go back to this hotel is if they stepped up their services by adding security to monitor the parking lot, especially at night. I'm glad to say that we have chosen to stay at new hotel in a different location where there is a security officer that drives around at night to make sure all the vehicles are safe.

No complaints about this hotel. One of our favourite stays in Winnipeg. Rooms are clean, pool area is clean, gym is clean and the staff members are professional and friendly.Since we’re Diamond members, we get free breakfast, and every time we come here, the breakfast has been good. Nothing outstanding of course, but good.The alcohol selection in their restaurant is one of the comprehensive ones we’ve seen as per hotels in Winnipeg. Very interesting selection.The restaurant food for dinner is good too. Only complaint is their hours seem to be random. They tend to close earlier than they should. We’ve already spoken to the hotel manager about this.Super worth the stay!

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and recently the rates have jumped dramatically to a point we will be looking for realistic value on future trips. This past winter the parking lot was full and had to park in the LUX (off sale store) that shares the parking lot. Several vehicles were broken into and the thief's got away with $$$$. I believe the owner of the property owns both the hotel and the LUX. Virtually no security cameras to deter these types of break-ins.
