Dont buy Michael KorsThey make some of the worst products with worst leather. I have sent my wallet back to their warehouse in Montreal and its been more than a month. I have called multiple times but they just say that we are not able to locate your shipment and you will have to wait. Its already been a month. I am travelling soon and I don’t know if they want me to shove my cards up my A.Very poor customer service. Worst experience. 3rd grade company.

Awful customer service, like the worst! Two girls were blabbing on and on about guy problems, they were loud amongst themselves and very unprofessional. They seemed annoyed we asked them a question. Would rather take business somewhere else. Paid coach a visit and the customer service compared to Micheal kors is no comparison.

So worst customer service, i buy a watch for $560 , and its defeacted , they refuse me to not give a refund . Please highly recommend not to but from polo park mk , i beg to them please refund me , its my birthday on that , even i cried alot on day of birthday , she refused , even manager she said we can’t do anything, please don’t buy from mk .

Not very friendly . asked about totes she just said over there . I guess they prejudge here and only excited to help those that they think will spend . Two others were in the store getting extremely helpful customer service . I guess because I was getting a sale bag I don’t qualify for that service .

Horrible customer service. Went there tonight to do some shopping. Did not feel welcomed. No greetings at all. The 2 sales people were too busy talking to each otherThey both saw me but did not welcome me to the store. There was no other customers in the store. Makes me wonder...perhaps because there is no customer service and also reading other reviews looks like other customers feel the same way. The management team needs to have that address and have staff retrained. I love shopping for purses and have a collection of various brands.. I think I will take my business else where. I'll go back to Tory Burch or Kate spade or coachYour store lost another potential customer

This store management is completely unprofessional and has zero sense of customer service. Store manager Sarah or whoever her full name is completely the unprofessional manager i have ever seen. The staff is ruining the store reputation under their leader of course The manager. I have been to the store couple times and every time i have to experienced the same behaviour from different staff members which is unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. I would rather go to outlet store in Winnipeg because atleast their staff acknowledges you comfortably and tries to help.

Customer service is at the worst. I stepped in to grab some clutch bags that my mom likes, but I saw two other customer, both were women, exploring the store and seemed like they were interested in buying a pair of shoes. They were a bit hesitant speaking english and Ashley, a girl that works there, treated them with an attitude. They felt real embarrassed. I left the store immediately and asked her name which she said Ashely. this store’s staff for real does need someone to teach them a bit more of a sales person positive and welcoming attitude and less of a rude grumpy attitude.
