store is in great tidy order...the cashier's were polite and courteous...they were more than happy to accommodate my gf and I...the cooked us a pizza as we waited...thank you!!!...

Dishonest staff. I went there to buy two lottery tickets for a total of 10 dollars. By mistake, I put 2 ten dollar bills on the counter. The reflection on the bill looked a bit odd. When the clerk realized I was unaware I had put 2 ten dollar bills out, he just smiled and took them. It was only after I left, I realized why the light on the bill looked odd and checked my wallet. I should have had another 10-dollar bill. They were both gone.

I usually have a fantastic experience at this location, and love the employees here especially the manager he is an awesome polite friendly guy who does one hell of an amazing job, unfortunately today I had a bad experience with who i believe was a new male employee.. The employee for one had headphones in so im not sure he could even hear me as he just gave the general hello, do you have sev points, and then asked for the total, I counted out what was 10$ as my total was 9.34$ I counted one 5 dollar bill one toonie, and 3 loonies for a total of 10$ the employee then said do you have 34 cents as I thought he was making it even to give me back 1$ change instead of the 65 cents it wouldve been which i appreciated because who wants a bunch of change vs a even loonie, anyway after all was said and done he took the money put it all in the till and proceeded to tell me to have a good day without giving me my 1.00$ in change. I then politely explained what I had given in change, and said that i was owed a dollar change, and the employee did nothing but argue with me that i never gave him a toonie only 4 loonies, which again was incorrect so I eventually just gave up and left without getting the change i was rightfully owed... Very dissapointed... Maybe if the employee didnt have headphones in hed be able to concentrate and not make mistakes such as this mistake. I will return to this sev because the other staff are awesome one of a kind, I just really hope an incident such as this doesnt happen for anyone else with this newer employee

It was like every other 7-11 I've ever been to. Somewhat expensive but very convenient, which is what you're paying for. Got what I needed and then I was out the door. Very quick.

My friend just tried cashing a 2 dollar lottery ticket. The till person scanned and ripped the ticket. The cashier then said it was a 2 dollar winner. My buddy asked for the cash and the cashier said he couldn’t do anything cause’ the lottery was closed for the night.Why did he scan and rip the ticket if he couldn’t reward the money?This all happened right in front of my face.

Went there to buy a fair light chocolate milk was in a hurry never noticed how half of it was drank already till I got home 2 months ago bought a little milk and surprisingly it was full but expired

I have had good service previously here before but tonight (March 30 2019-9:15 pm) the service here was extremely rude and uncooperative when I had replied yes please" for a bag to put my items in (before the sale had finished). Unbelievable. I ordered 4 corndogs and handed them out to my family. My daughter takes a bite and it’s not even cooked. Completely frozen. How hard is it to put a pre-wrapped corn dog onto a grill and wait a few minutes. Will not be going again.

When I walked I was welcomed I believe by a manager which I dont remember meeting before. I went to the coffee as I love flavored coffees. The machine was out of order sadly. This friendly manger made sure to help me with french vanilla creamer so I could make a real coffee ( not what I prefer but he was so eager to please me I went with it. ) Then I wanted the na hos and chili and cheese ( these are often emoty please refill more often. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for making my day better.
