Skiing is nice. Food was terrible. This was a $7 bagel and a slice of kraft cheese product... Bring your own food if you plan on skiing!

Rude staff. Went in with small child, as it was -20c outside and we were shouted at for being too slow to get out of the corridor. When we went to leave we were shouted at that there's a one way system so we had to walk all round the building to get back to our stuff. Either you want us to leave quickly or you don't?

Extremely rude staff!!! Do not go here!! A group of us went in, half of us sat down and the owner looked at us up and down and said we are not welcomed here and that we need to leave. He asked us to leave without us doing anything. We told him that one person is buying drinks for everyone however he did not understand and with his rude voice asked us to leave. We decided to stay after showing him that we got drinks. For our entire stay, he kept on starring at us. Extremely rude service. This place needs to be shut or the owner needs to change!!

Warning Terrible place. Tell you no phones or computers after you spend $30 . Well they have terrible coffee and food , we won’t be back. Rude staff!!!!!!

It’s not easy to find some conventionally polite vocabulary to describe how disrespectful they are. It requires a unique and pointless vicious instinct to try your best to tarnish a delightful day people have over just a cup of coffee. They definitely have this instinct.

I was standing there drinking terrible bread and coffee, and I was just trying to find a chair to sit down and rest, when suddenly a female employee yelled directly at my child that she shouldn't eat chips in it. The startled child had to stop eating right away. As a mother, I showed her the coffee I was drinking and said undersand, sorry. I apologized for ending the situation quickly, but this is the first time I've never ever had something like this happen before I finished my coffee. It was very rude to yell at a child directly.I should have gone after reading the previous reviews. I regret it so much. I will never go to this unpleasant place again.

Extremely Rude Staff. Specially Mr. Louis-Alexandre Parent and the Entrance Lady.Mr. Parent came inside the restroom to shout to me, inside the men restroom, and continued in the coffee shop. Complaining about something the entrance lady lied about.Unbelievable how rude Mr. Parent was. And the rest of the staff present too (3 extra people). They did nothing to create a better environment.I’ve never seen such a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid this cafe. Save your time and money. Coffee and food isn’t even good.Hopefully the owner or person in charge could take some consequences to this behavior. Or better shut the place down if you guys don’t wanna service people.January 25th. 2022.

Avoid this cafe. Ordered a small latte but I couldn’t finish it because it tasted like burnt espresso. I understand that baristas may not always get it right but this one barely even tried to make an effort. Overpriced because of the location but also comes with horrible customer service and lots of jugement. I usually prefer local cafes over Starbucks but you’re better off at Starbucks than this place. Save your money.

Paid a high price for complete garbage coffee. My latte had zero foam in it and tasted like brown dish water. I took one sip and threw it out. If I could give less than a one star rating I would. Save your money.
