English Bay Tower Rental Apartments

I am thrilled to be moving into English Bay Tower and have had the pleasure of working with Mali, who is the building manager. Even though my move-in date is two months away, I wanted to share my experience working with Mali thus far.Mali has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and worked tirelessly to find me the perfect apartment in the building. She has been very responsive to my questions and concerns and has made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.One thing that really stood out to me about Mali was her willingness to go above and beyond. She gave me a detailed tour of the building, highlighting all of the amenities and features. She also provided me with useful information about the neighborhood and surrounding areas.Overall, I am very impressed with Mali and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly building manager. The building is very nice but property manager Mali is super amazing. If I can give for building 5 stars, then for Mali I need to give 10!!!She was so helpful, always with beautiful smile and ready to fix any of your problems. The best recommendations!!!

Been living in English Bay Towers since 2016. Great Hollyburn management, very well maintained and clean and secure. Bus stop at front door, all groceries, restauramts and amenities within a few blocks. Great Sea wall and Stanley Park for biking, walking, skating right out the door. Love this place. The current manager Mali is awesome. All past managers have also been great.

English Bay Tower is a well-organized and maintained building. The building is always clean; if you need any assistance, the building manager is super supportive, her name is Mali, and she is always keen to help with a smile and great energy! I recommend anyone to live in this building if they can. It is close to the beach, but inside the apartment, you can barely hear what is happening outside.

Since Mali started working on this building everything is so much better! Laundry room is always clean and if something is damaged she fixes it immediately. She is so kind and helpful. Thank you Mali.

Lived here for about 1.5 years, and it's been an awesome time! It's difficult to find a better location that this. It takes 2 mins to access to the Stanley Park, English Bay Beaches, Tons of Restaurants (Denman), and Safeway is just a just a block away! The view is simply breathtaking and the big open windows give the building a lot of character, the summer sunsets are really one-of-a-kind.The building is very well-maintained and I see it cleaned multiple times a week (Not sure if special due to covid). I've only seen the laundry machines full twice in the entire time I've live here, and you could check the machine availability online before heading down. The majority of my parcels got delivered in front of my apartment door, sometimes it would be left downstairs, and maybe 5% of the time, I would have to go pick it up.The building manager, Gil, is amazing! He knows all of his residents by name is always super friendly. He really made my stay here an absolute pleasure. He puts a lot of effort into decorating our lobby every Halloween and Christmas, and it looks excellent every year! He also puts together a yearly summer BBQ where you can meet all the other residents.He is very responsive at all hours of the day, and has gone above & beyond every time I had any concerns or issues. I've texted him at 9am and also at 11pm, and it has never taken him more than 5 mins to respond. He is also very quick to inspect and address any issues within the next hour or two.

The new manager Mali is a very humble and helpful person. It is always great to meet her and have a chat. Very positive and enthusiastic, always a pleasure to run into her. I just joined the company a few weeks ago and she has always offered to help me and guide me, it is a pleasure to be working with her.

English Bay Tower is a beautiful building in an exceptional location. If you live in this building, you will always have an amazing view. Also, a friendly and energetic manager named Mali" always supports you and welcomes you with a smiling face. She has created a happy and friendly atmosphere here. She considers you part of her family and considers English Bay Tower as her home."
