I'm delighted to have discovered H&B recently since some of the long-time locksmiths are no longer around. Their service is good and they are friendly to engage. I went to them because I needed to change out a lockset in my triplex where I have a master key system. They knew what they were doing and everything worked as it should. Recommended!

had a hard time finding places that would cut a broken ebike key, went to h&b and was in and out with two keys in five minutes costing me $6. I hope I don’t have to go back but if I do I definitely won’t waste my time at other stores. h&b got my odd key correct the first time. Will not hesitate to go back next time I need a key cut. Great customer service aswell!

Had two deadbolts rekeyed with a few extra keys made. H&B is quick, efficient, and offers very reasonable rates. I wouldn't think twice about using them again. Best locksmith I've come across in K/W.

I requested a residential rekeying service from H & B and had a fantastic experience. I asked for a quote via email and that is exactly what I ended up paying. The person performing the service was punctual, efficient and polite. The hardware itself was great quality and the new keys worked flawlessly. After calling other locksmiths in town H&B was by far the easiest to deal with. I called asked if I could get a blank car key cut for my Honda Pilot. Which I purchased on Amazon. They said no problem, gave a great price. I came in, they cut it, even came out to my car to test it. 10 minutes, I was on my way.I didn't need programming as I just switched out the internals of the key. Highly recommend if you just need a key cut.

These guys were super helpful. Awesome service and very prompt. They came out & replaced our locks within the hour. Great price too. Definitely a no-doubter for lock replacement in KW.
