Don’t turn up when arranged.

Had Spotless Cleaning UK for quite a while cleaning my windows and all was well until approx 4 months ago when twice they turned up to clean my windows with a small hose not long enough to do my back windows... I started the Direct Debit with them to make it easier to pay but found them taking more money then should have. When I called to enquire why i was told they did not know... huh ! ! ! ! ! Sorry but i cancelled everything with this company as they can not be trusted. i] to clean ALL your windows by bringing the proper equipment... 2] to take out the exact amount as agreed... Also spoke to my new neighbour who has started with them and she pays £8 a month whilst mine was £10.. When asked why the difference was told it is the price given at the time... I had to give 1 star to put review on here otherwise i would not have given them that.

Never again streaks,even cobwebs still on the outside, said they would come back twice to re do them and never turned up or even msged to say they were not coming absolutely rubbish
