Never called me back with any Appraisal numbers after I got it inspected.

I've taken my car into Hacketts twice now and both times they were amazing. They got the job done quickly, the quality of work was top level and they are always super friendly and understanding. Thanks for all you guys do! My car looks brand new again and I'm so happy.

Schedule an appointment for appraisal for damage. I get to the shop early and wait about 40 minuters before someone comes out and says because my car was deemed as undrivable I am unable to have my car done there. I have to call my insurance and find another location." Yet my insurance and my broker was the one who suggested them . Decided to book an appointment a week in advance; think all is well than told other wise. The company should have reviewed my file that was sent from my insurance company 7 days prior. Why wouldn't they read the file before hand and inform me sooner instead of being completely disappointed that I couldn't be helped yet. I booked the appointment prior too and explained the situation being told that it's no problem and clearly it was a problem. Unfortunate. 1st and last time going."

I had a front end collision with a deer some time ago and had my truck repaired at Hackett's. Some time later I noticed that the lock on the tailgate would not eccept my key and figured it was most likely filled with dirt. then a while later I noticed that the tailgate was starting to get covered with surface rust?? The other day I was in the box of my truck and noticed that the tailgate had some alterations on the bottom edge which are only visable from inside the box or if the tailgate was removed. ... hmm does Ford cut and drill holes in thier tailgates at the factory??I had other issues with my truck when I went to pick it up which Don Hackett was not interested in rectifieing or discussing. Seems he knows much more than you or I will ever have the blessing to learn and he doesnt mind letting you know that.Obviously my tailgate was removed during its time at Hacketts garage and replaced with a hacked up repainted one while the front end was being repaired.Yes I know there is a possability that someone else switched my tailgate but I don't keep my truck that clean so not likely without noticing, and I should have known better than going back there after they messed up the alignment of the doors on my VW after some warrenty work.Be very diligent when dealing with these people.I have not contacted Don Hackett about this issue as I am already aware of his willingness to make his customers saticfied, not much when his shop is full. I will how ever be contacting my insurance company Tuesday morning and letting any and all interested people know. It certainly makes you wonder what else is going on in that shop and what else is missing or replaced.PS. notice that this site does not spell check? ... interesting.Update: got a call from Don Hackett this morning, he said that this problem did not happen in his shop and if I dont remove this review by the end of today his lawyer will be taking legal action aginst me. No ifs ands or buts, ... as I said the man will not discuss his short comings or even entertain the thought that someone in his shop or at his business would do that. ... didnt offer a solution, a possable cause, didnt offer to align my VW doors either.Just a verbal threat of a law suit by the end of the day.

My new car was rear-ended one evening coming home from work, and despite the headache and hassle of the mishap itself, Hackett's managed to turn the entire experience into something positive. Not only is my car good as new again, the entire team - and especially Chris - went above and beyond on all fronts to help me out. Every interaction with various members of their team exceeded professionalism, fairness, and helpfulness. What would have otherwise been an unpleasant memory actually transformed into a wonderful example of people just being good to one another. I recommend CSN Hackett's 100% without reservation.

2nd time we have used Hackett's and I highly recommend, excellent service, honest and Dave and his team take great care of you and your vehicle. If you are worried about dealing with insurance and body shop, go to Hackett's you wont be disappointed. thanks Dave for taking great care of us!

In February a suburban SUV backed into my little Jetta and made a fairly large dent in the rear passenger door, when I was driving you could hear the wind coming in. They brought my car in fast assessed the damage and sent it to my insurance company! The wait time was a little long but absolutely worth it! My car when I’m at the end of may and took just a week to get it back and it looks absolutely perfect! Almost better then when I got it
