Dr Sikander is heartless. She completely traumatized my sister. As a pregnant woman, she was completely dismissed. Her feelings were hurt. She was blamed for something that she should never have been blamed for. This doctor should not have a practice. She is absolutely heartless. Don’t go to see her if you want to still have dignity. She robbed my sister of a happy and validated pregnancy.

Been meaning to write this review for a long time. Now I need to look for a new doctor as I am not going here ever again.Rudest people ever. From receptionists on power trips to impatient, rushful, angry doctor (Dr. Sikander). Be prepared to spend 3 or 4 hours there as they book people in for 2 min slots and waste people's time as they spend longer than that in each exam room. The pile up is insane and its their own fault for being so greedy for government $$. Only Dr. George is human over there. He is so friendly, kind and fair. The rest are all horrible excuses of humans working in the wrong profession to deal with sick people. You know who you are, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I've seen the politics you people play. Some people bribe their way to the front of the line. You let your friends in first. Shame on you guys for playing with free healthcare and abusing the lack of inspection/regulations.

I have been going there for my whole life and theyre my family doctor and this is very good and we moved to Cambridge and we still go to levi walk-in clinic and dr Shibana Sikander is the professional there ahe know what shes doing but the staff at the front desk are kinda rude and bc of the front desk staff im giving it a 4 star but the doctors in sude are nice and if a baby is crying then they will take the baby first

Worth the wait to see Doctor Sikander. She was open and seeing patients in person during COVID when other walk-ins were closed (thank you for your service). No wonder she has queues of patients waiting and returning to see her, she’s superb.

Dr. Sikandar is the best , very professional , joyful and helpful personality . I have been visiting her clinic for the past 20 years, when I was single and used to go to her clinic from Etobicoke ; yes this is true that the waiting time is long but this is a sign of trust that the majority of patients have on her abilities and they don’t mind waiting because it’s worth it. I would highly recommend her .

Got there before the clinic opened and there was a line up outside. Sign on the door states that the wait is 1 - 3 hours. There was only about 9 people ahead of me... no way it should take that long? The reason for the wait, I soon realized is because this doctor doesn't even show up until 10:15! So all the sick people are waiting in the waiting room, spreading germs, because this doctor wants to just plough through the waiting list. Literally saw me and my son for two minutes ... REFUSED to see my other son because his health card was expired.. even though i told her i had mailed it all in... suggested i pay $60 for her to see him....

It's unfortunate that patients are treated like business opportunities. I had a terrible experience with the receptionist; she lacked empathy, which is the only quality needed for her job. And I have a strong feeling that many people miss out on meeting a potential good doctor because they received poor service from the reception staff.Be empathetic and respect other people's time!

if her mood is good then she will talk to you nicely. . shabana has one problem over confidenc . .Dr shabana sikander she have no manners . she is rude she don't know how to respect her patients.. she is very disrespectful. i hate her and also her 1 receptionais is very disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone to go this clinic. and wait time is also 3 to 4 hours worst Experience

Excellent service by Dr.Sikander. Very experienced. Her diagnosis and communication is excellent.Although reception service is not always very good but I will still give 5 stars as the Dr. provides you enough time to discuss your problem. She explains you about the issue in detail and provides treatment in a very planned manner.Despite dealing with a huge number of patients everyday, she's always very fresh and energetic.
