The tools are a bit rusty and warn, but it's a good idea to examine the bike and clean it a bit (use an old sock) before heading to Recyclistas to get your bike tuned up. A cleaner Bicycle will get you better quality service than a dirty Bicycle (it shows that you care about your bike - and you'll save a bit of money in the long run).What's missing is a water fountain... (Handy to wash your hands after messing with the bike a bit).
