Excellent customer service. Kept the store open late for us as my husband was working late and I was stuck home with the children, one of which was recovering from surgery. He was even willing to drop it off at our house! An excellent example of how customer service should be ran. Will happily purchase from them again!

Super company to deal with. Been our detergent supplier for our dishwasher at Momentum Cafe for quite some time. Always prompt and even drop by just to make sure everything is running ok. Can't ask for better than that!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I have to say that Phil, Dawn and the team at Rethink Bioclean have been a life saver. Not only have they saved me huge on my setup, but even had a custom sink manufactured to fit our operation PERFECTLY! The best part of all is the no waste system.. They come to you, refill your chemicals and leave no mess or empty pails to deal with.So thankful for the Rethink team!
