I ordered some books for local delivery to my brother. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my order was filled correctly, and even provided gift wrapping and a personalized card. Communication was great and very quick.I would absolutely shop here again, without reservation!

This bookstore was a delight. Small but wide range of interesting books for children and adults. How often do you find a bookstore selling “The Artwork of Porco Rosso”?Purchased a couple of sketch pads and under the staff, Sean’s recommendation “The I Wonder Bookstore”.Thank you Sean! Love it.I hope the bookstore continues to delight their visitors, young and old.

Wow! Because of the pandemic, I have been preferring to shop online and trying to patronize local shops. I went online to their site which was easy to use and had a good selection. I ordered a couple of Richard Scarry books which came to under $50. My order was quickly acknowledged and hand-delivered without additional cost to Burnaby the next day....The Next Day! It was nicely-wrapped and had a hand written note of thanks. Wow! again. I am so happy that I patronized this Vancouver institution and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you to Jennifer Kim for the awesome friendly, fast and personal service and lovely books.

I just received a package to my home in Paris from Humpty Dumpty books in Vancouver! I am saving it for Christmas morning as this is my favourite bookshop in Vancouver, so much variety. I miss this magical bookstore and I highly recommend it. Fast shipping and all the books you could want/need!!
